The Glamorous Comeback of the Ousted Heiress-Chapter 644 - : 255 Versatile Alian (Second Update)_1
Chapter 644: 255 Versatile Alian (Second Update)_1
Jiang University’s three special classes have access to the best resources of the university, especially the Tongfeng Class and the Boyuan Class.
Even the classrooms are fixed.
The Tongfeng Class is located in Room 307 of the Physics Building, a large, multi-functional tiered classroom with ten seats in the middle row and five seats on each side.
By the time Bai Lian, Ning Xiao, and Tang Ming arrived at Room 307 of the Physics Building, most members of the Tongfeng Class had already gotten there, taking seats in the center. The row wasn’t full, with just a few people seated, spanning six rows.

The three of them then took seats in the first row on the left.
The Tongfeng Class had a very strong academic atmosphere.
...
Most of them were students from the national team; they had represented their district on the international stage in various physics and mathematics competitions. In a way, they had already formed their own groups.
Upon the arrival of the new students, a very small number of people glanced up, but most kept their heads down, continuing with their own work or quietly discussing topics.
Bai Lian sat on the inside, opened her laptop, and browsed through files.
Another ten minutes passed, and Xu Zhiyue and Liang Wuyu entered with notebooks and pens in hand.
Xu Zhiyue, wearing a Jiang University T-shirt, glanced over and immediately noticed Bai Lian, taking the seat behind her with her notebook.
A few members of the Boyuan Class who were acquainted with Liang Wuyu from the laboratory greeted him, “Liang Wuyu, do you want to sit here?”
The boy in the second row in the middle pointed at an empty seat beside him, as the scions of academic factions knew each other.
Liang Wuyu scanned the three people in Bai Lian’s row and noticed Xu Zhiyue sitting behind Bai Lian. He hesitated in his step, declined the boy’s offer, and took the seat behind Tang Ming.
He, too, was counted as an acquaintance.
Tang Ming chatted with Liang Wuyu for a bit, while Xu Zhiyue didn’t really look up much to speak.
At seven fifty, Zhou Wenqing entered.
His gaze first swept towards the left side, and after introducing himself, he said, “I am the counselor as well as the headteacher of the Tongfeng Class. As everyone knows, our class has exceptionally admitted five new students today. Student Bai Lian, please stand up and introduce yourself to everyone.”
Bai Lian reached out to close the lid of her laptop and stood up.
Most eyes in the Tongfeng Class turned towards her.
“Ning Xiao, stand up and introduce yourself…”
“…”
Zhou Wenqing called on each of the five people to stand up and introduce themselves. Finally, leaning on the desk, he inquired, “Which research group has the fewest members? Take in the new students for now.”
The others in the Tongfeng Class looked at each other, and eventually, a bespectacled boy in the third row stood up, “Professor Zhou, it’s our group. We have six people.”
The other groups in the Tongfeng Class let out a sigh of relief.
The thing they feared most was taking on new students.
“Alright,” Zhou Wenqing glanced at them and nodded, “Bai Lian, you guys will familiarize yourself with the procedures with Ding Wenyang’s group for now, and we’ll reassign the groups next month.”
**
The Tongfeng Class has only two lessons a day, four hours per lesson, with a break in between.
Zhou Wenqing taught mechanics all morning, and during the break, he took his teacup to the office.
Ding Wenyang sat next to Tang Ming, proactively greeting them, “The one on the farthest side is Wang Xi, the prodigy of our group. Wang Xi, say hello to the new students.”
Wang Xi glanced at Tang Ming and the others, nodded his head, then continued to look down at the printout in his hands.
“Don’t mind Wang Xi’s aloofness. He joined the Jiangjing Training Camp’s app three years ago and is now ranked 99th in overall points,” Ding Wenyang said, sitting beside Tang Ming.
At these words, Xu Zhiyue and Liang Wuyu both looked up involuntarily.
Liang Wuyu had just left the newcomer’s leaderboard, now barely passing a million points, ranked in the thousands.
To break into the overall leaderboard’s top 100, one would need around seven million points.
Tang Ming appeared to be much more composed, “So, Brother Ding, what does our research group need to do?”
Ding Wenyang leaned back and spoke casually, “Actually, there isn’t much to the research group; it’s just to familiarize ourselves with the atmosphere in advance. Every two weeks, we have to report our learning outcomes and complete the paper reviews assigned by Professor Zhou. The paper review is the important part.”
“We’re doing paper reviews now?” asked Tang Ming. Both he and Ning Xiao had a very limited foundation and had almost never read any research papers; only Bai Lian had, he knew.
Could it be that these national team members in the Tongfeng Class also read them?
“Yeah, new student,” the boy from the second row who had called Liang Wuyu over before walked up, overhearing Tang Ming’s question and couldn’t help but laugh, then turned to ask Ding Wenyang, “Has the new student studied advanced physics? Did you ask them?”
Jiangjing University’s advanced physics was not open to outsiders.
Saying this, he gave Ding Wenyang a sympathetic pat on the shoulder.
“Advanced physics?” Tang Ming looked up, puzzled.
Ding Wenyang also remembered this detail and stood up to fetch five books from Zhou Wenqing’s office and brought them back.
