Alec remained composed while the Priests was still in shock after seeing how there companion died, but Alec who understand his disadvantage, knew he had to swiftly reduce their numbers, especially with the potential threat of the Tier 4 Bishop joining the battle anytime.

He wanted to make sure if the Tier 4 Bishop should attack, he should be able trusted his golems to handle the remaining enemies while he focused on the main threat.

[> Low Tier Spell – Gravity Surge <]

Alec infused his Bone Katana with the gravity powers, spinning it around to push back the approaching foes.

As he extended his fingers after knocking them back, the Priest's panic was evident upon seeing the earth rune manifest again around his fingers.

"Get him quickly before he can unleash his innate spell, If we disrupt it, we can survive," one Priest urged the others.

As another Priest charged towards Alec, aiming to prevent him from completing what they believe to be a powerful one shot kill spell.

However, before the Priest could intervene, a sudden loud bang filled the air.

Alec had deliberately targeted the oncoming Priest with a precise head shot, killing in in the process.

By intentionally delaying the release of his innate spell last time, Alec had created a misconception among the Priests about his casting speed.

But to Alec's surprise last time, the bullets multiplied with each after passing a certain amount of time, with each bullet stronger and more faster than the last before it.

After dispatching the second Mage, Alec faced only five more Priests before he could confront the Bishop himself.

Gripping his Bone Katana with both hands, he advanced towards the nearest Priest, determined to eliminate them one by one.

The Priest drew his flaming sword in response, ready to engage Alec in battle. Alec raised his Katana slightly above his head.

[> Low Tier skill – Shattered Reflection <]

Alec utilized the reflecting surface of his Bone Katana, as a brief flash of light distracted his opponent.

[> Low Tier Skill – Lightning Strike <]

As he followed up with his enhanced agility and newfound blade techniques that are tucked to his head like he had practiced them, Alec executed lightning-fast strikes, exploiting openings in the Mage's defences.

He swiftly maneuvered past the Mage, seamlessly moving on to the next target while erecting an earth shield behind for sneak attack protection.

Alec's speed was unmatched, preemptively striking before any spell could be cast, swiftly eliminating any adversaries in his path.

When he finished with his foes, he impaled the Bone Katana into his last victim.

"Absorb!" Alec commanded, channelling energy from the Katana into the victim's body, absorbing the Mage's bones.

The Bishop surveyed the scene, realizing his Priests were doomed and helpless against the impending threat of death as Alec golems had the upper hand.

But he was more Determined to eliminate Alec than save his remaining Priest, the Bishop unleashed a dark energy bolt towards Alec.

With his Bone Katana still absorbing the bones off the mage, Alec deftly drew the Blood Changdao with his free hand, infusing its blade with gravity energy to deflect the attack.

With a swift motion, Alec sheathed the Changdao back,

As he used the back of his hand to draw the Bone Katana out, and dashed towards the Bishop.

"Let's finish this once and for all, Oh, and by the way, you owe me a ride, just consider your mount mine," Alec taunted as the Bishop cast another spell.

Making black tendrils emerged from the ground, attempting to pierce Alec from various angles.

As he swiftly summoned earth shields in response, Alec defended himself against the onslaught from all angles too.

Though the shields shattered after one seconds, but it was enough as alec had already moved out of harm's way, getting more closer to the Bishop.

Gripping his Katana tightly, he entered attacking range, though he was unaware of the Katana's increased after it's last meal, all he knew was that the sharpness and durability due to absorbing the bones of higher realm mages has become top notch.

While the highest-tier lifeform Alec had allowed the Katana to absorb was a Tier 3.

So when the Katana hummed with anticipation, due to Alec's clash with the Tier 4 Mage he understood.

As the weapon seemed to crave the Bishop's bones, urging Alec towards the confrontation.

When Alec swung his Katana, the Bishop countered with a deadly arc from his scepter, forcing Alec back upon impact.

Raising his head, Alec saw a massive black flame heading towards him, as he Instinctively raised his hand, as he released his mana out as a flame, resulting in a powerful collision.

The clash sent Alec hurtling into a nearby tree, blood spilling from his lips as he struggled to regain his composure.

Alec cursed as he struggled to bridge the power gap between Tier 3 and 4, a daunting task made even more challenging by the skill of his opponent, who is an experienced Mage.

Reluctantly, he sheathed the Bone Katana with his right hand and unsheathed the Blood Changdao with his left.

"What difference will a change in weapon make?" taunted the Bishop, exuding confidence in his ability to defeat Alec now.

"You made me do this!" Alec's hoarse voice rang out as he unleashed the bloodthirsty intent he had been suppressing.

As a crimson mist enveloped him, coalescing into a cloak that draped behind him, the Changdao blade flickered to life in red flames as Alec met the Bishop's gaze with a cold indifference, sending a shiver down the Mage's spine.

Before he steeled himself,

Alec closed the distance between them again, dodging a black energy ball launched by the Bishop at the very last second.

Undeterred, the Bishop continued his assault with a bottom strike, attempting to pierce Alec with the sharp end of his scepter.

While alec swiftly shifted into a defensive stance, blocking and deflecting the scepter before back, before launching two swift counterattacks.

The Bishop managed to block the strikes and retaliated by aiming a blow at Alec's head with the scepter, which Alec deftly evaded the attack by ducking, the blood red cloak behind Alec transforming into a deadly scythe.

The scythe latched onto the Bishop's robe, drawing him closer to Alec.

Seizing the moment, Alec struck the Bishop's throat with the hilt of the Changdao, causing the Mage to groan in pain as he struggled to recover.

But that was all Alec needed as he drew his Bone Katana and plunged the Changdao into the Bishop's neck, then drove the Katana into his skull.

Even as the Bishop choked in his final moments, Alec gazed at him with an icy expression as the scythe formed from his killing intent disintegrated, its particles merging into the Changdao.

As Alec's expression returned to normal, as he received a notification:

[Ding!, Level UP].

While Alec reviewed the notification, his student badge was changing colour, indicating that he had accumulated over a hundred thousand points, elevating him to the rank of a captain, even as he was still a Tier 3 Mage, he just knew it was surely going to cause an uproar in the academy.
