The Soul System in the Apocalypse-Chapter 425: Immortal Enmity, Unifying the Territories

With the matter concerning Nathan already dealt with, Sarah, Diana and Olivia did not have to continue staying within the military territory while waiting for the leader of the territory to come over anymore.

So, immediately after they were informed about the matter concerning the leader of the military territory being dealt with, they immediately organized the territory. Those gold rank soldiers that had come from Trista territory had already been subdued by the three of them.

Then without hesitation, they immediately began making reforms for the territory. And of course, they understood that it was going to take some time for them to be able to completely change the structure of the military territory.

But even then, it was not as if that was their real intention. Instead, they just wanted to make sure that the territory was quite stable, before they went back to Trista territory.

Of course the most anxious to go back was definitely Sarah. After all, she had already received the information about the presence of her sister in the territory where Henry was, so, she wanted to go back. But of course, there was no way that she was going to leave just like that, so, she decided to help Olivia and Diana in taking care of the military territory first.

With the power level of the three of them, it was not that difficult for them to be able to change everything within the territory. And of course, they changes that they brought about were immediately welcomed by the people of the territory considering that previously, they had actually been so much oppressed.

The only ones who possessed complaints were definitely those that were very close to Kevin. After all, Kevin was the tyrant within the territory, not even Nathan himself. So, those that were extremely close to him received much benefits, which were taken away by Olivia and the other two.

But even then, there was nothing that they could do considering that they did not have the strength of going against them. Additionally, Olivia and the others immediately executed all those that did any heinous acts.

Of course they did not investigate much about the past, but simply focused on the present. Whoever it was that tried to do anything that was against the rules that they had set, they would use them as an example for the rest of the people within the territory.

Comparing their lives during the time that Kevin was alive, and during the time that the three ladies had appeared, most of the people liked this time. Although they felt that they were still being restricted, but it was better than before, considering that they were allowed to keep whatever they got if they went out for hunting.

After ensuring that everything was stable, which was about 3 days later, Sarah finally decided to go back. Both Diana and Olivia decided to remain within the territory, in order to ensure the safety of the territory. Additionally, they had to ensure that everybody followed the rules that they had set.

Since there was nobody within the territory that had already reached the diamond rank, if all of them decided to leave this place, then it was obvious that there was going to be chaos within the territory, as everybody wanted to take over the position of the leader of the territory.

Additionally, they also understood that the situation within the city had already changed. Due to that, it was definitely impossible for the territory not to be targeted, as long as the members of the other races gained information that there was nobody strong enough to be able to resist them within this territory.

After Sarah went back to Trista territory, she met up with her sister Angela. The two of them immediately engaged in a tearful reunion, after several months of being miles away from each other.

But in the end, she was devastated at the moment that she was informed that her entire family had actually been slaughtered, and the only survivor of the family was none other than Angela.

Sarah could have blamed Angela for going out, and leaving the family behind, but there was nothing that she could do. After all, Angela had gone out in order to get stronger, and if she was not strong enough, even if she was there, she would have ended up dead as well.

Additionally, considering the strength that Nathan possessed, it was definitely impossible for Angela to be able to resist. So, even if she was there at that time, there was nothing that she could have done to change the results.

But even then, Sarah wanted somewhere to vent. And the only one whom she could vent to was definitely Nathan, but Nathan had already been killed by Rachel, after she forced him to utilize a secret skill that he had been given by the members of the dark race.

But after realizing that she could not deal with Nathan considering that he had already died, Sarah could only shift her attention to the dark race.

She herself possessed the light element, which was the greatest enemy of the members of the dark race considering that they also possessed the dark element. So, other than the two of them being enemies due to the elemental differences and race differences, right now, Sarah had already decided that she had to eliminate those members of the dark race.

It did not matter how long it was going to take, but even then, she had to ensure that they paid for what they had done. Had it not been for the fact that they had given Nathan the ability that he possessed, he would definitely not be capable of being rampant within the city.

Additionally, she suspected that the reason why her family had been slaughtered like that was not simple. Otherwise, according to the information that she had received during the time that she was present within that territory, about several slaughters that had occurred on several occasions, together with the fact that Nathan was part of the dark race, she would have actually believed that he did that because her family had simply provoked him.

But right now, she believed that the reason why her family had been slaughtered was simply because Nathan was intending on using them as a sacrifice for him to get stronger.

And she was not wrong about that. After all, there was something that the members of the dark race wanted, and that was the reason why they had asked Nathan to kill several people within the city, before presenting their blood sample and other things to them.

Of course initially, had it not been for the fact that even after the descent of the third stage of the apocalypse, the group of the dark race that had descended into this world had been eliminated by Jasmine and the others in Crystal City, they would have simply utilized their own members in order to get what they wanted.

But now that they did not have anybody of their own race present within this world, they could only depend on those humans that had decided to join their side, to get what they wanted.

Sarah of course went ahead and informed Henry about her assumptions. Henry’s expression did not change that much, but even then, he understood one thing, he had to take the dark race seriously.

In fact, he had to make sure that they dealt with the dark race first. Otherwise, whatever plan it was that they were having in secret would come to success, and if it happened, and they got a big disadvantage, they would definitely suffer.

Additionally, the enmity that existed between him and the dark race could not be ignored. After all, there was a high ranking member of the dark race who had targeted him from the very start, during the time that he was back in Crystal city. So, no matter what, he had to deal with them, not only due to the enmity that existed between them, but also due to the fact that it was for the battle of domination.

For the following few days, Henry went ahead and continuously upgraded things within the territory. At the same time, he also went ahead and took over the military territory, and integrated it with Trista territory.

In order to ensure that everything flowed quite well between the two territories, the area between the two territories was immediately cleared of all the zombies that were loitering around. This was just to ensure that there was a safe zone in between the two territories.

At the same time, construction began, as the two territories were going to be joined. But of course, this was something that was going to take quite a while.

But even then, other than the military territory that had already been integrated into Trista territory, the other two territories present within the city submitted. They understood one thing, other than the fact that the members of the other races outside of the city had already begun getting restless, they did not have a chance of resisting Henry and the others if they decided to take the initiative to take over their own territories.

So, in order for them to be able to get some advantages, it was better for them to submit, rather than being forced to do so. So, literally, Henry had simply unified the entire human race within Hillstown City.

As for the next step, that was to eliminate all the other forces that were present within and outside of the city, to ensure that only the human race remained supreme within the surroundings of the city.
