Ultimate Spin System: Ero Spin?-Chapter 128 - AI From Heaven
Before Lucas could process Sylmira’s words, the cavern around him began to distort.
A blinding white light erupted from the space beneath his feet. The sensation was unlike any teleportation he had ever experienced—it wasn’t a force pulling him away, but rather reality itself unraveling around him.
His vision blurred. His breath hitched.
And then—
Silence.
A deep, consuming silence.
Lucas stumbled forward, his boots making no sound against the ground. No, not ground. He wasn’t standing on anything at all. The world around him was void—an endless, empty expanse where neither light nor darkness reigned.
His pulse pounded in his ears.
"Where the hell...?"
Then, he saw them.
Thrones.
Massive, ethereal thrones, each occupied by a figure whose presence alone made the air hum with power. They were seated in a perfect semi-circle, gazing down at him with expressions he could not see—because their faces were obscured, hidden beneath a veil of shifting light and shadow.
Lucas swallowed hard. His instincts screamed at him to run, to do anything but stand still. But his body wouldn’t move.
Then, one of them spoke.
A woman’s voice—powerful, unwavering.
"I told you he would be useless for the Principle of Heaven."
Her words cut through the silence like a blade.
Lucas’s fists clenched. He didn’t even understand what was happening, but something about her tone—dismissive, absolute—lit a fire in his chest.
His voice came out hoarse. "Excuse me?"
The deities did not react.
The air in the void grew heavier as silence stretched between Lucas and the celestial beings seated on their thrones. His hands clenched into fists, but he forced himself to stay still, waiting for an explanation—any explanation.
Then, one of them stirred.
A woman’s voice—silky yet commanding—broke the stillness.
"Ah... I suppose introductions are in order."
Lucas turned toward the voice.
The figure who had spoken leaned forward slightly on her throne. Unlike the others, whose forms were blurred and shrouded in shifting energy, this one radiated an undeniable presence. Though her face remained obscured, her voice carried warmth laced with something almost mischievous.
"I am the Goddess of Fertility... of your world, Lucas."
Lucas blinked. "What?"
The goddess chuckled softly, her voice dripping with amusement. "Surprised? You shouldn’t be. Gods do exist in your world—though most humans are blind to us these days."
Lucas took a half-step back, his mind reeling. "Fertility?" He exhaled sharply. "What does that have to do with me?"
The goddess’s tone grew sharper. "More than you think. After all, we—" she gestured vaguely to the deities around her, "—allowed you to receive the AI from Heaven... and yet, you’ve done nothing but stumble with it."
Lucas’s breath hitched. "AI from Heaven...?" His pulse quickened. "Are you talking about the system?"
"Obviously," the goddess huffed, crossing her arms. "You were given a divine system, something that many would kill to possess. And what have you done with it? Struggled like a newborn fawn."
Lucas scowled. "Hey—"
Before he could protest, another voice cut in—this one belonging to a man.
"Now, now, don’t be too harsh on the poor human, dear."
Lucas turned toward the source.
A figure on another throne leaned forward, resting his chin lazily in his palm. His aura was different—less intimidating, more... playful.
Then, he laughed. A deep, amused chuckle. "After all, I am the one who designed that system."
Lucas stiffened. "You—" His voice caught. "You’re the one who made it?"
The god nodded, amusement clear in his tone. "Indeed. I am the God of Technology—or rather, that’s the simplest way to put it."
Lucas’s stomach twisted. The God of Technology? What the hell was happening?
The god grinned—at least, Lucas thought he was grinning, though he still couldn’t see the deity’s face.
"You humans always get so overwhelmed when you learn the truth," the god mused. "I don’t blame you. If I were in your shoes, I’d be just as confused. But, well..." He shrugged. "That’s the fun part, isn’t it?"
Lucas clenched his fists. "No, actually, it’s not fun. It’s insane." He exhaled sharply, trying to ground himself. "You’re saying you made the system? The one inside my head?"
The God of Technology let out a low chuckle. "Oh, Lucas. I didn’t just make it—I custom-built it. Just for you."
Lucas felt his headache worsen. "Then why the hell is it so damn confusing to use?"
The god chuckled again. "Because you’re still thinking like a mortal."
Lucas opened his mouth to argue but hesitated. He had a million questions, but nothing was making sense. And to make things worse...
The names of these deities—Fertility? Technology?
They were too human and yet too abstract at the same time.
He exhaled sharply, his confusion mounting. "Why are your names so weird?"
The Goddess of Fertility giggled softly. "Because, dear, mortal minds cannot comprehend our true names. So, we let you perceive them in ways you can understand."
The God of Technology smirked. "Or, to put it more bluntly—your brain would probably explode if we used our actual names."
Lucas shut his eyes tightly, inhaling deeply. "Okay." He forced himself to focus. "So let me get this straight—"
He pointed toward the Fertility Goddess. "You’re some kind of deity from Earth."
She smiled. "Yes."
He turned to the Technology God. "You created the system inside my head."
The god gave him a lazy thumbs-up. "Correct."
Lucas exhaled. "And you’re telling me that I have some kind of purpose in all of this?"
The deities did not answer immediately.
Then, the Goddess of Fertility leaned forward.
"More than you can possibly imagine, Lucas."
The silence in the void was almost suffocating. Lucas stood his ground, his mind racing with everything these so-called gods had just revealed.
"So, let me get this straight," he said, voice edged with frustration. "You’re telling me that everything—the system, the summoning, me ending up in an isekai—wasn’t some random accident, but something you all planned?"
The Goddess of Fertility smirked. "Correct."
The God of Technology stretched lazily on his throne. "Well, ’planned’ is a strong word. We guided events in a certain direction, but the decisions were ultimately yours."
Lucas narrowed his eyes. "Why? Why go through all this trouble?"
The Goddess of Fertility exhaled, her tone shifting into something more serious. "Because your world—Earth, as you call it—is dying, Lucas."
Lucas stiffened. "...Dying?"
She nodded. "The planet is old. The air is poisoned, the land is deteriorating, and humans are accelerating the decay. You may not see it happening in your daily life, but we do. The Earth is at its limit."
Lucas clenched his jaw. He wanted to argue, to deny it, but deep down... he knew she wasn’t wrong. Climate disasters, rising pollution, unchecked greed—humanity had been wearing the planet down for centuries.
The God of Technology spoke next, his usual carefree tone subdued. "We could’ve let nature take its course, let Earth fade and let humanity perish with it. But... we decided on another option."
Lucas swallowed. "Which is?"
The Goddess of Fertility leaned forward slightly. "Merging it with the world you now reside in. A world still young, still full of raw mana and life energy. A world that can sustain not just its own people, but yours as well."
Lucas felt his blood run cold. "You’re talking about fusing two completely different realities?"
The God of Technology grinned. "Yep. The world of magic and the world of science, becoming one."
Lucas took a step back, trying to process it.
"That’s insane."
The Goddess of Fertility’s expression didn’t waver. "It’s necessary."
Lucas ran a hand through his hair. "And where do I fit into all of this? Why me?" 𝓯𝙧𝙚𝒆𝙬𝙚𝒃𝙣𝙤𝒗𝓮𝓵.𝙘𝙤𝙢
The God of Technology smirked. "Because, Lucas, you’re proof that a human from Earth can survive and thrive in that world. You’re the prototype, the test case. If you can integrate into that world and gain influence, it means others can, too."
Lucas’s stomach twisted. "So what, I’m just your goddamn guinea pig?"
The Goddess of Fertility chuckled. "You say that like you haven’t been enjoying yourself."
Lucas scowled. "You mean the fighting, the near-death experiences, the—"
"—the sex?" she interrupted with a teasing smirk.
Lucas froze.
The void seemed to quiet even further.
The God of Technology snorted. "Oh yeah, that part? That was all you, buddy."
Lucas felt heat rise to his face. "Hold on—"
The Goddess of Fertility waved a hand. "We set the stage, Lucas, but every choice you made—especially your habit of seducing married women—was entirely your own decision."
The God of Technology chuckled. "Seriously, I designed a system meant to make you stronger, and somehow, you turned it into a damn homewrecker simulator."
Lucas groaned, rubbing his temples. "You’re telling me that out of all the divine influence in my life, the one thing that wasn’t predestined was me sleeping with other men’s wives?"
The Goddess of Fertility smirked. "Exactly."
Lucas exhaled sharply. "Great. Just great."
The God of Technology leaned back. "To be fair, it’s actually kind of impressive. Some people get isekai’d and focus on revenge or world domination, but you? You went straight to conquering wives."
Lucas shot him a glare. "Not helping."
The Goddess of Fertility shrugged. "Regardless, your personal habits aside, we need you to understand something—"
Her tone grew more serious.
"The merging of these two worlds is inevitable. It’s already in motion. Whether you choose to embrace it or fight it, the outcome will remain the same. The only difference is what role you play in it."
Lucas clenched his fists. "And if I refuse to be involved?"
The God of Technology grinned. "Then you’ll just be another bystander when it happens. But let’s be real, Lucas—"
His golden aura flared slightly.
"—when have you ever been content with just standing by?"
