Ultimate Spin System: Ero Spin?-Chapter 63 - Mockery
After a few blissful days with Maya, the weekend finally rolled around. For Lucas, it wasn’t just a time to kick back—it was the moment everything would finally fall into place. Victor’s smug, two-faced act had gone unchecked for too long, and Lucas was about to make sure this weekend would be unforgettable for him.
When they pulled up to Victor’s over-the-top mansion, Lucas couldn’t help but scoff. The massive columns, the flawlessly trimmed hedges—it was all a little too perfect, just like the man himself. Fake perfection hiding layers of deceit.
Diana greeted them at the door, her smile overly bright, her energy almost too eager. "Lucas, Maya, so good to see you both! Victor’s in the study—he’s been really looking forward to catching up."
"Thanks, Diana," Lucas replied with a polite nod, though his gaze lingered on her for a moment. She was an interesting player in this game. She knew Victor’s dirty secrets, and she was waiting to see how this all played out.
They followed her through the grand house into the study, where Victor sat comfortably in his throne-like chair, a whiskey glass dangling casually in his hand. He stood when they entered, flashing his signature grin—a smile that never quite reached his eyes.
"Lucas! Maya! What a surprise," Victor said, spreading his arms like he was welcoming his dearest friends. "Come in, make yourselves comfortable."
"Victor," Lucas greeted, returning the grin with one of his own, though it didn’t quite reach his eyes either. "Thanks for having us. Thought it was time we had a little chat after everything."
Victor chuckled, sipping his whiskey. "Of course, always happy to see you two. And let me just say again how sorry I am about your father’s accident. Such a tragedy."
Lucas’s jaw tightened, but he forced his expression to remain calm. Victor’s fake sympathy was so thick it was almost laughable.
"Sorry?" Lucas thought bitterly. "You were probably popping champagne the second you heard."
"It’s been rough," Lucas said, keeping his tone even. "But we’re getting through it."
Victor nodded, setting his glass down on the table with a clink. "And how’s life treating you in Brightville? The big city must be quite the adjustment for someone like you."
"Someone like me? Translation: someone you think is beneath you," Lucas thought, but his smile stayed intact.
"Actually, it’s been great," Lucas replied casually. "I’ve been exploring magic—thinking of becoming a magician, you could say."
Victor raised a brow, his smirk stretching wider. "A magician? Well, that’s... unexpected. But hey, good for you, Lucas. Glad you’re chasing your dreams."
"Dreams?" Victor’s inner voice practically sneered. "This guy couldn’t do a card trick without screwing it up."
"Thanks," Lucas said, his smile unwavering. "I’ve been working on a new trick, actually. Wanna see it?"
Victor chuckled, clearly amused. "Sure, Lucas. Let’s see what you’ve got. Show me what you can do."
Lucas stepped closer, his expression steady. "It’s simple. All you have to do is look into my eyes for ten seconds. Think you can handle that?"
Victor smirked, leaning back slightly. "Ten seconds? Easy. Let’s do this."
"What kind of elementary school magic is this?" Victor thought. "Sure, I’ll humor him."
Their eyes locked, and for a moment, the room seemed to quiet as if the air had thickened. Victor’s smug smirk held for a few seconds, but as time ticked by, his confidence wavered. After ten seconds, he blinked, shaking his head slightly.
At exactly the tenth second, a subtle chime echoed in Lucas’s mind, a sound only he could hear. His system interface popped up in his vision, glowing faintly with an unmistakable notification:
[ DING ]
[ The host has gained control over Victor Winchester’s body. ]
"That’s it?" Victor asked, his tone skeptical. "I don’t feel any different."
Lucas’s smile deepened, but now it carried an edge—a darker, sharper undertone. "Oh, don’t worry, Victor. The real magic hasn’t even started yet."
Victor frowned as Lucas reached into his bag, pulling out a sleek flash drive. Holding it up, Lucas’s grin grew sharper.
"Ahemm...." Lucas began, his voice calm but loaded with intent, "Dirty Old bastard... Now it’s time for you to pay!"
Victor’s smirk disappeared entirely. "What the hell are you talking about?"
Lucas took a step forward, his grin stretching wider. "Oh, you know exactly what I’m talking about, Victor. All those trash talk about my father, my lovely stepmother that you messed with. Do you remember that? no? Old-fashioned loser!?"
Victor’s eyes narrowed, his smirk completely vanishing. "You’re out of your mind, Lucas. You think you can just walk into my house and talk to me like this?"
"Talk to you like this?" Lucas let out a sharp laugh. "Victor, you’ve had everyone around you kissing your feet for years. But let’s be real—without all your-, I mean your wife money."
Victor’s face darkened, and he slammed his whiskey glass onto the table, the sound reverberating through the room. He took a menacing step toward Lucas, his fists clenched.
"You’ve got a death wish, kid," Victor growled, lifting his hand to strike.
But then... nothing happened. His arm froze mid-motion, and no matter how hard he tried, he couldn’t move it an inch. His jaw tightened as confusion flickered across his face. "What the hell is this?"
Lucas burst into laughter—loud, mocking, and utterly unhinged. He doubled over, clutching his stomach as tears formed in the corners of his eyes. "Oh, Victor! The big, bad wolf can’t even lift a finger! This is priceless."
Victor’s face twisted with rage as he struggled against the invisible force keeping him in place. His arms wouldn’t move, his legs refused to step forward—it was as if his entire body had been hijacked.
"What did you do to me?" Victor spat, his voice trembling with panic.
Lucas straightened up, wiping a tear from his eye. "Did you forgot i am a magician!? Hahaha..."
Victor’s gaze darted to Diana, who stood silently by the door. Desperation filled his voice as he barked, "Diana, call security! Get this son of a bitch out of here!"
But Diana didn’t move. Instead, a sly grin spread across her lips as she stepped forward, folding her arms while leaning casually against the doorframe.
"Oh, Victor," she purred, her voice dripping with mockery.
