With My System, I Can Even Tame Gods-Chapter 1061: Audience
Once they had set the terms, the only thing that was left was to hold the dungeon battle.
That meant that this negotiation space was over with.
But it didn't seem like that was the case as the five dungeon cores didn't release the negotiation space even though the terms had been set.
In fact, it seemed like there was something else that they wanted to accomplish with the way that they were talking to each other in secret. It really seemed like they had some kind of plan that they were about to put into action.
That came to be when there were others that suddenly appeared in this negotiation space.
These were people that Lin Fan and Rokuko didn't recognize, but they could sense a familiar aura from them. This was the same aura that all of the other dungeon cores released, which meant that these people had to be dungeon cores as well.
It was just…why were they here?
This was a space that was for those that were about to enter into a dungeon battle gathered to negotiate to either avoid the dungeon battle, or to set the terms of said dungeon battle.
If these dungeon cores were appearing here, did that mean that they were also planning on challenging them?
As this thought passed through Lin Fan's mind, he couldn't help slightly knit his brows.
If it was just the four dungeon cores that had already challenged them to a dungeon battle, then this was something that Lin Fan could deal with.
However, if there were other dungeon cores that wanted to get involved in this…
Well, this wouldn't be a good thing.
While it didn't necessarily mean that they would completely overpower them, it also created many variables that would make things harder to predict.
So Lin Fan couldn't help asking, "Are there more of you that are going to challenge us to a dungeon battle?"
As for who he was referring to, it was clear that he was referring to the Haku fanclub.
After all, it only made sense that the dungeon cores that appeared afterwards were those that came from the Haku fanclub. Otherwise, there really was no reason that they would appear in this place since Lin Fan and Rokuko had never met these dungeon cores before.
When the dungeon cores of Haku's fanclub heard this, all of them narrowed their eyes to look at Lin Fan.
These were looks that were clearly filled with hostility, but they didn't act on it.
At the very least, it seemed that they were able to hold themselves back.
In the end, it was one of the five dungeon cores that challenged them initially that said, "They're just here as witnesses. They're here to watch as we destroy the frog that yearns for swan flesh."
There was even a proud look on the dungeon core's face as she said this, almost as if she was some kind of crusader of justice.
The other dungeon cores all nodded in agreement to this before looking back at Lin Fan with those hostile looks.
Lin Fan narrowed his eyes to look back at the dungeon cores, but he didn't panic.
While he wasn't certain if they were planning anything, he could at least tell that they weren't planning to do anything right now.
It was just that there was no telling what they would do after this…

There was one thing that Lin Fan had avoided doing since he didn't want to escalate this matter even further. After all, the card that he wanted to use was quite the powerful one and would make things much more complicated.
But with the current situation as it was…it seemed that it was better to use that card just in case anything went wrong.
If he let them take the reins on this matter, then there was no doubt that things would get out of hand later. It was best if he took control of the situation and made sure that they wouldn't be able to do anything that they shouldn't do.
As Lin Fan's expression relaxed, he gave a nod and then said with a sigh, "Since you're allowed to bring in an audience, I think that it's only right that I do the same, right?"
The dungeon cores all knitted their brows when they heard this.
All of them looked at Lin Fan as if they were trying to figure out what exactly he meant by this, but Lin Fan just looked at them with a calm look on his face. He didn't show a single thing that he was thinking, so there was nothing that the dungeon cores could pick up from him.
There was a tense silence that filled the air for a while.
But in the end, the dungeon core that represented them said with a nod, "It's your right to do so since we called an audience as well."
There was a trace of hesitation in their voice as they said this, but the looks on their faces made it very clear what they were thinking.
It was that they didn't think that Lin Fan knew anyone that would actually be able to change anything.
They were confident that they had already covered all the blind spots that could be exploited, so there wasn't anything that Lin Fan could do.
Only they never expected the card that Lin Fan played.
"Are you free right now?"
"Get lost! Who would want to talk to you?"
"Rokuko is with me."
"Alright." This last response took a while to arrive, but it arrived in the end.
When that last response arrived, that was when Lin Fan sent the invitation.
"What is this? Is there more trouble? If you're putting my sister and my nephew in danger, I won't let you off!" That was the response that followed when Lin Fan sent the invitation, but Lin Fan didn't give a response to this.
Instead, he just waited for her to accept this invitation.
In the end, seeing that there was no response, the other side accepted and appeared in the negotiation space.
"If you dare…"
That was all that was said when she appeared before she closed her mouth and narrowed her eyes. After all, the first thing that Haku saw when she appeared in the negotiation space were the dungeon cores.
At the same time, all of the dungeon cores revealed shocked looks as not a single one of them had expected Haku to appear either.
There was just this silence that lingered in the air as no one said a thing.
Though there were many looks that were exchanged during this time.
There was this look from Haku that released quite a bit of pressure on the dungeon cores as she tried to figure out what this situation was. There was so much pressure that the dungeon cores couldn't even look at her directly.
Though the looks on their faces also show that they were happy to see that their idol was here with them.
The one other look that they had was a look of anger that they shot in Lin Fan's direction.
"How could you invite her?" That was what one might think they would be angry about, but really…
"How dare you show off your close relationship with Big Sister Haku?" That was what they were really thinking.
Many of them really wanted to tear Lin Fan apart for this brag.
In the end, Haku broke the silence by saying, "What is going on here?"
"We, we…" The dungeon cores tried to speak, but they kept stuttering as they didn't know what to say.
Lin Fan was the one that explained what the situation was.
The moment that he finished, Haku turned around to narrow her eyes to look at the dungeon cores.
All of them immediately turned away when they saw this.
This time, there wasn't the same happiness at being stared at by Haku. Rather, they were like children that had been caught with their hand in the cookie jar.
Not a single one of them gave an explanation as to why they did this since it really was hard for them to explain. Especially since all that would happen is that they would expose themselves as her fans.
Though in reality, Haku already knew about their existence.
She just acted like she didn't know because it was simpler that way.
If they were willing to worship her, then that meant that she would be able to use them in the future.
But now, she was actually feeling a trace of regret over this matter.
After all, it had involved her precious little sister.
However, Haku didn't actually say anything as she looked at them.
It was as if she was thinking about something with the way that she looked at the dungeon cores. And in the end, she even turned to look at Lin Fan as if she was thinking something.
After a long silence, Haku finally said, "Alright, I have no reason to stop you if you want to challenge someone to a dungeon battle. This is your right as dungeon cores. I hope that you will do your best since I will be observing this dungeon battle."
The dungeon cores were once again shocked to hear this.
They looked at Haku with this shocked expression for a bit before those shocked expressions slowly changed to ones that seemed to be filled with pleasant surprise.
"We will give you a great show!"
The dungeon cores said in an enthusiastic voice.
It seemed that Haku's words had encouraged them.
It was just that they didn't know the trap that was being set for them.
