Antihero In the Hero Academy: I Can Connect the Past Heroes-Chapter 84: Couple Of Choices
Chapter 84: Couple Of Choices
When Atlas entered his room, he began to think about the gods and goddesses he had to choose from. At the moment, he had three rights, both because of the increase in his aura level and because his magic ring had reached a certain degree.
This meant he had a very good chance to increase his power.
That’s why he was sitting on the couch, his head resting on a pillow like a wilted flower, thinking.
He had many names in his mind.
He could try to talk to Demeter, Artemis, Flora, Persephone, Cybele, Dionysus, Faunus, Ceres, or perhaps Gaia herself to reach a higher level in nature spells that could work against angels.
The name he would choose about nature should be one of these people.
After that, he knew that he needed someone who could increase the aura in his body even more.
Maybe he could talk to Ares himself and get something that could increase his aura as well as a talent. Or he could talk to Theseus, like the heroes of old, or even Odysseus, perhaps the greatest hero of all time.
Third and lastly, he had to find someone to increase the mana capacity and layer in his body.
For this person, he had only one person in mind. A Titan of the third generation. The most powerful witch that ever existed. Perhaps one of the greatest sorcerers of all time, one of the most valuable of the titans.
Goddess of Magic, Witchcraft, Ghosts and Necromancy...aka Hecate herself.
This meant that he had to choose only one person related to nature. After a short elimination, he decided that it was a good option to choose the person who was nature itself.
"Gaia." he said to himself and immediately said "Hero Connecting" and then logged into the system and found Gaia.
As soon as he directly selected Gaia, he blacked out in his seat and fainted. When his eyes opened again, he stood up as if he had woken up from an event he was used to and realised the light emitted by the sun in the sky, right at the top.
The weather was too good to be true. Even though the sun was overhead it wasn’t hot, it wasn’t cold enough to chill anyone, the wind was blowing a little cooler than warm, and the air itself seemed to cleanse the soul.
Looking at his body, Atlas realised that he was naked, as if he had to face Mother Nature as naked as he had been when he first came to her, when he came out of his mother as a living being, a baby.
Even though it made him uncomfortable, he slowly started to follow the feeling and after a short time, with the wind calling him, he started to walk on the endless grass.
After only five minutes, he came in front of a huge garden.
It was a tidy garden, there were carrot, wheat, potato sprouts, apple trees and the olive trees that the gods loved.
Atlas couldn’t help smiling in front of the garden, it was so... peaceful.
Just then a voice came from right next to him:
"Psst! What you looking at?"
Atlas instantly jumped, startled, and then noticed a woman standing to his left, perhaps three metres tall, with lush green hair and brown eyes, with perfectly beautiful facial features, and a body so beautiful he didn’t even need to describe it.
"Woah..." Atlas muttered, and when it dawned on him who this person was, he bowed his head and apologised, "Forgive me, my lady." ƒгeeweɓn૦vel.com
At that moment, Gaia gently bent down and stroked Atlas’ hair and said, "Come with me, young man."
Atlas started to follow Gaia, who started to move forward, and with each step he took, clothes started to form on him.
"Thank you, my lady...for the clothes," Atlas suddenly said, even if he was embarrassed.
Gaia did not answer, but after a small giggle, she took Atlas to a hut in the middle of the huge garden, which she thought was endless.
Gaia pointed to the hut with her hand and ordered, "Come in."
Without a second thought, Atlas entered the hut behind the sacred mother nature and the hut suddenly expanded.
What surprised Atlas was not the decor of the hut, but the person he saw inside the hut.
"Lady Nyx! How?" Atlas suddenly shouted, realising that his voice was too loud, he stopped and covered his mouth, looking at the beautiful woman sitting in the chair opposite him.
"It’s been a while since we’ve spoken, hasn’t it?" Nyx suddenly muttered, the love in her gaze clearly evident.
Atlas shook his head and then asked, "Yes, my lady, I’ve called out to you several times but I’ve never been able to reach you, is something wrong?"
Nyx shook her head from side to side and then said, "What could it be? You’ve been through so much in the last month, if you had to focus on us, we’re afraid you would have died of exhaustion."
Atlas smiled and said, "I’m glad, it’s good to know that you are well, my lady." and gently turned to Gaia.
Before Atlas could say anything, Gaia looked at him and said, "I will handle it."
When Gaia said these words, she opened her hand and a flower came out of her palm. Handing the flower to Atlas, Gaia gently said, "Eat every part of it, it will increase your mana, and even if there is a small chance, each petal can give you talent. Even if there is a very small chance, this is what will happen."
Atlas smiled and after bowing his head in respect, he took the flower in his hand and directly tore off a leaf and ate it.
He could feel the mana in his body increasing. The fact that he could access this sensation, even though he was currently in spirit form, was enough to tell him how much mana was flowing into him.
Still, there was no talent. There were 6 leaves and the stem of the flower left.
