Damian’s POV

I watched Damon return to Sofia’s side as he pulled her closer like nothing happened, but I knew something was off.

He was uneasy and unfocused, and through our bond as quadruplets, I could feel everything.

"Let me go teach that thing lesson," Sofia said.

"Maybe you should let that be for now," Desmond said stopping her.

But then I kept wondering why she ran out like that.

Damon had done something to Heaven in that bathroom, and I know it because why else would she run as if a tiger was chasing her.

"Honestly, what did you do to her?" I asked again.

"I said nothing," he snapped.

Normally, Damon would look me in the eye when he’s annoyed, but right now, he couldn’t even look at me. That means he did something.

"I’m sure that bitch is just being too dramatic," Sofia said, kissing Demon.

"Yeah, she’s jealous" Demon said.

I know that wasn’t the case because through the mate bond, the one I had been trying so hard to ignore, I could feel Heaven’s heart panicking

"I will send a maid to check up on her, Dylan said worried. He was about to stand up, but Sofia pulled him closer.

"She’s fine. She’s just throwing a tantrum because she craves for attention. This is exactly what she wants. She wants to get you all worried so that you would leave me and go to her instead," she said pouting and almost crying.

"please don’t leave me."

Maybe Sofia is right. Heaven just craves for the attention that we refuse to give her.

We didn’t do anything wrong, so she was just overreacting. She was being bitchy about every single thing.

"Come here, big wolves and stop thinking about that thing. It’s the mate bond messing with your head, and trying to make you feel sorry for her," Sofia said, as she kissed each of us and began to flaunt her boobs in front of me.

Heaven didn’t deserve to be treated well, or even right, after what her father did to this pack, she really didn’t deserve it at all.

I looked at Sofia boobs and couldn’t hold back what I wanted to do to her. I wanted Sofia so badly, I wanted her body.

There was a knock on the door, just as I was about to enter Sofia for the fifth time today.

"What?" I called out irritating

My Beta entered and immediately cast his eyes to the floor when he saw Sofia naked and entangled in bed with i and my brothers.

"Forgive my interruption, but there’s been an invitation from Alpha Remus of Silver Crest Pack.

"Here we go again," Desmond said, interrupting my Beta as he ran his fingers through his hair. "What does he want this time?"

"He’a inviting the Alpha and Luna of the Full Moon Pack to a ball to celebrate their your ascension and marriage. Tomorrow at dawn." My Beta continued

I looked at each of my brothers, and they each gave me the same look.

Alpha Remus is a powerful rival of ours. This invitation can’t be ordinary. I’m sure he’s planning something.

"Is there anything else?" I asked.

"No Alpha."

"Okay, we’ll be attending. You may go now"

My Beta bowed and left in a haste. He was clearly uncomfortable with what he saw. 𝚏𝐫𝚎𝗲𝕨𝐞𝐛𝕟𝚘𝐯𝚎𝗹.𝕔𝐨𝗺

"Why are we attending?" Damon asked, sitting up and pulling on his clothes.

"He’s being a brat inviting us for our own celebration. He couldn’t even wait till we hosted one ourselves."

"And who the hell invites the guests of honor at the last minute?" Dylan asked confused.

"Is it necessary to be there? Desmond asked as he stretched lazily. "we could just stand them up. Besides, I’m tired of parties and balls. Can’t we just send our regards or something?"

"It is necessary. This ball was prepared for us, and if we want to show power, especially after we just officially became Alphas, then we need to attend. Remus did this intentionally because he knows we might decline. He’s very corny" I said

"Guards!" I called out

Two guards appeared at the doorway

"Get some maids to prepare the finest gowns and jewelries for Heaven, and she needs to be ready by dawn tomorrow," I ordered, and I could feel my brothers looking at me with surprise.

"Did you just order the finest gowns for that thing?" Dylan asked with disbelief.

"I’m only doing it for our image, she need to appear decent or other packs will think that we don’t treat her well. It will be bad for our image," I said.

It wasn’t my fault that the moon goddess had decided to punish us by giving us a worthless mate, but we were Alphas now, and that meant managing appearances as possible as we could, even if it meant dressing up the girl we hated in fine dresses.

"Well, if she’s going, then I want to come too," Sofia said, sitting up with a pout.

Then she extended a hand to me. I can’t let be by your side while I’ll be all alone here. It would break my heart."

I didn’t know if it would be a good idea to do that because a lot of eyes would be watching. But before i could refuse Desmond responded first.

"We were going to ask it to come anyways," he said. "Right, Damian?"

I nodded. I had no choice, if i refused now she would definitely be sad and I don’t want that.

"I’ll wear the best dress and I’ll be the most beautiful at the ball," she said happily and it made us smile.

The image of Heaven’s face was still playing in my head, but I threw it down as I pulled Sofia to my arm and kissed her passionately. She kissed me back.

We had another crazy round of sex. It was crazy how much I wanted Sofia but still thought about Heaven.
