Hidden Marriage, Overbearing Love: Mr! Please Let Me Go-Chapter 175 - 176: Actually Fell Asleep
Chapter 175: Chapter 176: Actually Fell Asleep
After finishing two buckets of popcorn, the movie had just started for half an hour. Who made this two-hour-long romance film?
Mu Shini felt so bored. After eating and drinking to her fill, she started to doze off.
But Bo Sishen was watching very intently, afraid that Mu Shini would interrogate him about the plot after the movie ended.
So he naturally didn’t notice that Mu Shini had already started to nod off.
Mu Shini’s hand hung by the side of the chair, and Bo Sishen caught a glimpse of it from the corner of his eye. Seeing her porcelain-like smooth hand, he felt a flutter in his heart and wanted to reach out and hold her hand, but he didn’t make any move.
By the time the movie had been on for about forty minutes, Mu Shini couldn’t hold on any longer and directly leaned onto Bo Sishen’s sturdy shoulder, motionless.
When Mu Shini’s head touched his shoulder, he stiffened for a moment.
After a brief hesitation, he looked down at her and found her long, slightly curled eyelashes forming two fans under the projection of the big screen.
She actually fell asleep?
Didn’t Tan Mu say that girls love watching romance films in the cinema?
He had purposely chosen the longest foreign romance film to watch with her.
He usually didn’t have a habit of watching movies or TV shows, but to win over his little wife’s favor, he was willing to accept these new things that were unfamiliar to him.
Who would have thought that this little girl would fall into such a deep sleep before the movie was even halfway through, and in a cinema, no less.
To her, he was just a friend she had known for not long, yet she didn’t have any guard up against him.
Especially since that sort of thing just happened last night.
Stupid girl!
Didn’t she have any sense of danger at all?
Or was it just relative to him?
Did he give her a sense of belonging and security?
So, she let her guard down?
He remained stiff, without the intention to watch the screen anymore, his gaze completely focused on her. Until the movie ended, he didn’t have the heart to wake her up.
The staff were stunned when they saw them. In the end, Bo Sishen booked the whole theater and had the staff close the doors to keep anyone else from coming in.
She must have been exhausted. He had fed her the remaining medicine at that time. Although the two types of medicine neutralized each other, they still had a harmful effect on the body.
She must have been really worn out.
Just when Bo Sishen thought she would continue sleeping, her phone suddenly rang.
Mu Shini’s eyes flew open.
She groggily fished her phone out of her bag without looking at the caller ID and answered, "Hello, who is it?"
"It’s me! Shen Chengcheng! Heading back to school tomorrow! Get ready to welcome me!"
Shen Chengcheng’s voice came through the phone.
"Shen Chengcheng? You’re really coming back tomorrow?"
Mu Shini’s mind cleared a bit as she spoke on the phone. She looked around and, seeing the darkness, felt a sudden jolt of fear. The beam from her phone’s light hit a handsome face, and she jumped, dropping her phone, "Ah—Uncle—"
She almost screamed!
She bent down to pick up the phone, and said to Shen Chengcheng, "Call me when you get back tomorrow!"
Then she hung up the phone and turned on her flashlight, shining it on Bo Sishen. Seeing him frown from the light, she clutched her chest and said, "Uncle! Why are you here? Where are we?"
Bo Sishen frowned, took her phone, "Are you stupid? We’re in the cinema."
Could it be that the medicine made her lose her mind?
