Before she could even look at the equipment, Alchemy slammed her hand into the back wall of her hut as hard as she could. She had expected the wall to break instantly, but she failed to leave a single crack.

"You’re my 13th reason why, System!" She scoffed.

The chance of getting a Rare from a Platinum chest... It was a measly 3%

Being astronomically lucky and astronomically unlucky were two sides of the same coin. Getting a Legendary was more likely at 5%, and she hit the rarer option.

Not only was it an ultra-rare drop in the worst way possible, but it was making fun of her small breasts!

"Master Alchemy! Is everything alright!" Sapphire rushed through the door in a panic.

"No! I’m gonna fight the system to the death." She pouted.

Sapphire looked at Alchemy and then at the neat pile of clothing on her lap. She wasn’t exactly sure what happened, but Sapphire didn’t need to understand it to know the system did something to upset her.

Regardless of Alchemy’s feelings, the equipment was better than her starting gear by leaps and bounds, so she’d equip it.

Part of her wanted to avoid wearing it in protest, but she wasn’t that mad—close, but not quite.

"Whatever. Goodnight!" Alchemy lamented, activating her Ruinous Bloom skill.

Alchemy opened her eyes as the sun came up. When she saw her Divine Power Generation was over 9000 she didn’t react much.

She considered making a corny joke about the number, but her attention turned to the lack of Faith gained.

"Was it because I was upset? I guess if it’s similar to meditation, a fluctuating emotional state could affect it?" She hummed.

When she got up to walk outside, she realized that there was a new weight atop her head and then she remembered WHY she was upset last night.

"System."

She looked at the sun briefly to confirm the time before sighing.

"Is the Mirror function working or do I need to wait for tomorrow to use that?"

The system’s corny text made Alchemy roll her eyes as a panel with a mirror appeared in front of her.

She pushed it further away and made it bigger so she could see her entire reflection.

As mentioned, she wore a small crown of black and silver. It rested almost sideways on her head. How it didn’t fall was a mystery.

Below that, she wore a beautifully made black, high-necked bodice with white accents. The shirt underneath was white and ruffled, peeking out at the collar and sleeves. It was adorned with a black bowtie and broach at the neck.

The lower part of her outfit was a layered black over a white short skirt that was intricately embroidered with silver patches.

Alchemy tilted her head as she examined her new gear.

"The skirt’s a little short for my liking, but it’s amazing... Why is it so put together? That’s not normal without a vanity set."
