Lust Sync: Every Woman Wants Me Now-Chapter 33: Fractured Threads
Chapter 33: Fractured Threads
The moonlight spilled through the blinds, casting pale stripes across the silk sheets. Charles lay on the king-sized bed, shirtless, muscles relaxed but mind sharp. Alina’s scent still lingered in the air—something between wild jasmine and sin. She’d fallen asleep beside him, her hair draped over his chest like black satin threads. Her lips, slightly parted, still wore the ghost of a smirk from earlier.
But Charles couldn’t sleep.
Not with what he’d just learned.
A new notification pulsed in his mind, quiet and cold.
> Lust Sync Alert: Karma Level Reached. Hidden Pathway Unlocked. New User Detected.
He sat up slowly, careful not to wake Alina. Her body shifted slightly, one leg stretching over his thigh. She moaned softly in her sleep, murmuring his name. It made his blood stir again, but he shook it off. He needed clarity.
Charles slid out of bed, grabbing the black robe on the chair. As he padded into the hallway, he passed by the full-length mirror. He paused.
His reflection looked... off.
A faint shimmer ran across his chest—symbols glowing briefly under the skin, like ink dancing beneath the surface. The system had changed him again.
He didn’t know whether to be excited or afraid.
Downstairs, the penthouse was silent except for the hum of electronics. He flicked on the screen in the living room. The interface flared up in his eyes again.
> Name: Charles Manson
Title: The Linked Alpha
New Title Unlocked: The Awakener of Threads
Condition: Emotion Bond Limit Reached
Warning: Emotional Imbalance Detected Among Linked Subjects
He cursed under his breath.
That meant one of the girls was starting to lose control.
And when their emotions spiraled, the Sync backfired.
He opened the bond map. Threads of light stretched out from him like spiderwebs—some glowing red, some gold, others faint. Alina was steady, Seraphina too. Even Mia, despite her obsessive streak, was green.
But one thread pulsed erratically.
Lia.
His assistant. The one he trusted the most. Quiet, loyal, always there—until lately. She’d been... different. Avoiding eye contact. Staying later than usual. The other day, he’d caught her staring at him like she wanted to speak, but something held her back.
The thread flickered again—then spiked red.
> Sync Spike Detected: Lia – Obsession Threshold Breached
Charles’s breath caught.
"Shit."
Suddenly, the front door creaked open.
He turned sharply.
Lia stood there, in a white coat that barely hung over her nightdress. She looked... wrecked. Eyes wide, flushed cheeks, hair slightly messy like she’d run through a storm to get here.
"I used my override," she whispered, lifting a small device—the emergency clearance he gave her months ago in case of system threats.
Charles stepped forward cautiously. "Lia, what’s wrong—"
"I’m losing my mind," she said. Her voice cracked. "You... you touched all of them. I’ve been watching. Waiting. Smiling. But you never came for me."
She dropped the device and rushed him.
He caught her before she fell. Her hands gripped his robe, trembling. Her lips quivered. "Why not me, Charles? Why did you leave me for last?"
Charles opened his mouth, but she pressed her lips to his. Desperate. Starved. Hungry.
He staggered back, heart hammering.
Her body molded into his, fingers clawing at his chest as if trying to pull the truth out of him.
She broke the kiss, panting hard.
"I synced without permission," she confessed. "I accessed a dormant thread last month. You didn’t notice. But I did. And now... I’m inside you too."
> Hidden Sync Confirmed: Lia – Illicit Merge Active
Charles blinked. That was not supposed to be possible.
"Lia, that’s dangerous. You could—"
"I don’t care!" she screamed, pushing him hard. "I needed you. Just once. But now I want more. I want them gone. All of them."
The lights flickered. A cold breeze swept through the room, though no windows were open.
He reached out, placing a hand on her cheek. "Lia... you’ve always been special. That’s why I didn’t sync with you first. I wanted to protect you from this madness."
"You failed."
She kissed him again—this time slower. Deep, aching. Her lips trembled against his.
His body reacted.
He knew it was wrong, but the sync thread between them pulsed hot and alive. Their bond was real now. Twisted and unstable, but real.
She pulled him toward the couch, dropping the coat.
Her nightdress clung to her like a second skin, barely hiding anything. Her body curved in ways he hadn’t let himself imagine before. But now... it was all right there.
Her voice softened. "I want to show you what you’ve been missing."
Charles hesitated. The system buzzed in warning.
> Obsession Sync: Unstable
Risk of Emotional Collapse: High
But it was too late.
His lips were on her neck, hands roaming, both of them sinking into each other with raw need and heat that had been simmering for too long. Her nails scraped down his back. She arched beneath him.
She gasped, "Tell me I’m not invisible."
"You’re not."
Her body wrapped around him like wildfire.
And for a moment, everything else fell away.
But it didn’t last.
The moment she climaxed, a scream tore out of her—pure pleasure turning into something else.
The lights exploded in a flash of white. Every bulb burst with a pop. The energy surged.
Charles was flung backward by a violent blast of Sync energy.
His back slammed into the wall. He gasped, vision spinning. Blood ran down his temple.
Lia stood over him, crying, laughing, holding her head. Her voice echoed with a distorted undertone—like someone else was speaking with her.
"I did it... I finally did it. Now they’ll feel it."
> System Breach: Lia – Sync Leak Detected
Target Compromised: Seraphina
Charles’s eyes widened.
"No..."
He forced himself up, staggered toward the interface. His fingers trembled as he reached for the bond map.
Seraphina’s thread was unraveling. The golden light that once connected them like silk had begun to fray, turning dark. Then black.
In her tower apartment across the city, she screamed.
"CHARLES!"
Then—nothing.
Her Sync thread vanished.
> Sync Link Lost: Seraphina Offline
Emotional Collapse Imminent
Memory Corruption Detected
"No—no, no, no," Charles muttered, tearing at the interface.
He tried to send a command to reboot the connection. Denied.
He triggered an emergency override. Denied.
He shouted, his voice raw, "System! Re-establish Seraphina’s link!"
> Command Failed. Emotional Bond Severed.
He spun on Lia, who now stood still—swaying like a puppet with cut strings. Her eyes were empty. Her skin shimmered faintly, her body caught in some unstable sync stasis.
"What did you do?" he growled, voice dark.
She blinked slowly. "I just wanted you to feel what I feel. I wanted to matter too."
"You destroyed her mind!"
"No." Her smile was sad. "You did. When you chose everyone else first."
Then she collapsed.
Her body hit the floor like a doll.
Charles rushed to her, catching her just before her head hit the marble. He checked her pulse—weak, but there. Her Sync levels were crashing.
He needed to act fast.
But first—
Seraphina.
He ran to the command console, overriding the system’s safety locks.
"Connect me to Seraphina," he ordered.
> Risk Level: Fatal
Emotion Sync Transfer: 86% Unstable
"I don’t care."
He slammed his palm on the biometric scanner.
> Manual Sync Initiated. Host Consciousness Linking...
Entering Mindscape of Subject: Seraphina
His body jolted, vision whiting out.
The penthouse vanished.
Suddenly he was falling through clouds of shattered memories, screaming voices, and swirling emotions like ink bleeding in water.
He saw her—Seraphina—curled up in the ruins of her mind. Her wings torn. Her eyes wild. Everything in her mind was burning.
She looked at him, tears streaking her face.
"You were supposed to be mine."
Then she vanished into flame.
Charles reached out—
But the world collapsed into black.
And he screamed.
