Master Of None-Chapter 2601. Tall
Standing and waiting in silence was not a normal thought for Walker. He had already sent a warning ahead that there would be visitors who were related to the past elves. He had also let a few of the light affinity healers know because he knew that they would have to be there to buff the radiant light elves so that they would be able to safely walk the world.
He had voiced his worries to the true light sage and gotten a basic response. "The radiant light elves have potent light skills that will protect them from losing purity within their bodies."
That basically meant to Walker the same way that the glacial gazer had managed to protect himself and his golem. Anon used the dense water mana to create a barrier, the golem shard that was made was permanently like that protecting the core and Anon could sit at the bridge to the world safely because of that skill as long as there was no travel away from there.
If the radiant light elves arrived and had more issues it could bring a whole slew of new problems. However, if they were indeed strong enough then they would be able to see the world better than most of the other races from the elemental planes. Minus the races that had moved over and already been able to live within a territory or Genesis as a whole.
That was an entirely different reasoning though. Those races had weaker affinities even though they were living and growing within their elemental plane. They had been better suited to the weaker manas within the world since they were more peaceful in a naturally mixed way than compared to the elemental planes where they were purer and more potent. That alone had made the place they grew up dangerous and didn’t allow for those races to live safely.
Otherwise, Walker found that the true light sage idly stood there, not speaking much but still moving the pure light mana gathered and condensed in to their own little protective bubble. This did give Walker some time to learn from it though.
He wasn’t at all surprised to find that the light mana was so dense that the space mana moved to accommodate it entirely. That the space mana mixed in with it to create this bubble of light elemental plane without any breaking or damage to the space around. It didn’t connect the light elemental plane and cause chaotic manas to move in to the world either. Simply because the true light sage was manipulating the manas in a solid and confident form.
The will behind the mana being controlled was even greater along with the overall understanding. Both at levels that were beyond just allowing them to be used, but to be acting as an entirely new limb.
Walker was glad that he was able to have Midnight go off and begin finding and selecting travelers to venture in to the elemental planes. Once they were chosen he would be able to complete the third link in his chain quest. The same with these radiant light elves venturing here. Their entrance in to the world was a major step of growth.
When he noticed a shift in the light mana, Walker noticed the shapes of white skinned and very tall elves moving through the bridge and in to the bubble the true light sage had made. They were easily five feet taller than Walker and three or so feet taller than the other elves he had met. Their height was shocking enough compared to the fact that they were entirely white skinned and wearing almost iridescent robes that seemed to change colors with the kind of light mana moving through them.
They had eyes that shimmered with vibrant light mana allowing him to understand that they would be able to see the natural flow of light mana itself. The deep connection they had with it made it easier to understand why the true light sage would want them as one of the races to venture to the world and represent the elemental planes.
Adding on the fact that they had once been residents of the world, there was a bond that the light king most likely saw in them. A chance to reunite hysterically while building a new bond. These radiant light elves might be a different race now with all their growth, but they had united origins that could deepen bonds more easily.
"I understand why we were asked to meet you. Young origin being, thank you for your work. Your effort growing the world and the elemental planes will always be honored." The twenty figures all gave a slight bow to him after the tallest and the most extravagant radiant light elf spoke and seemed to be leading them.
"Thank you for that. It is a united effort for all the races within the world. The Genesis alliance is striving to unite all races and keep the balance within the world and outside of the world. You are very welcome to view the world and build connections here."
Seeing how polite the radiant light elves were, Walker wanted to believe that they would act this way the entire time. However, if they understood he was of the origin race, then they may be giving him respect for that reason only.
Being careful was a good option.
"I understand you are interested in meeting the elves of the world. They had their differences and are currently awakening aspects of the high elves of the past. Especially now that the natural order has returned and bonds with the elemental planes are growing as they should. They may not be as you expect them to be, but be warned, there are laws of respect for all races within the world. If you desire bonds with any race or Genesis as a whole, it is expected each and every one of you will act appropriately."
The pressure he released with this was just enough to show that he could break apart the light mana controlled by the true light sage. They were within the world, not the light elemental plane. He’d shown them a little strength simply to ensure that they knew they were not free to act as fools in the world.
As the true light sage acted as an enforcer for the light king, Walker would gladly represent the will of the world and enforce peace and unity.
He saw another bow form each of the radiant light elves before Walker returned to welcoming them. The true light sage appeared to be a little shocked as Walker had easily shaken and broken the bubble of light territory made by them. It was beyond expectations the true sages had for Walker at the moment.
"There will also be others of the world venturing in to the elemental planes soon. They will be acting as representatives from Genesis. There will be many others from both sides. More and more as time goes on, peace and balance are the goals we all have. Safety and growth. I am excited to see it."
"As am I. I believe that we shall see a great deal more than any expect of the future." The true light sage spoke out as the golem it used dissolved leaving behind a little extra light mana in the area.
The twenty radiant light elves found themselves finally taking in the surroundings. They felt the elemental resistance buffs as Walker placed them in their bodies. It was to keep them safe from the manas they were not accustomed to.
While they all were clearly powerful enough to protect themselves, the shock of seeing a new surrounding, a literal new world, was enough to throw them off. So, his buffs were a comfort that allowed them to let their shocked minds wander. To absorb these new sights.
"Genesis isn’t just about one race. It’s about all of them living together. The royal dragons govern the outer territory where unique farming methods are done to allow prospering plants to sustain the various people. At night the nocturnal races work, it’s always busy here."
"You’ll see many things you may never have thought about or even can comprehend. I know you came here to see the elves, but now you can see a great deal more." His words were like a voiceover allowing their awe to grow. The calm composure they possessed had faded.
A few guards had arrived to escort the group, some of which being eleven. However, there were many looking at them with their own form of awe. The light affinity mages and healers were looking at them sensing the light affinity and potent light mana they possessed. There was a lot more to come from this visit than what Walker might have expected.
