One more catty, one more attribute point-Chapter 565 - 466: Truths of the Past, The Pain of a Severed Arm
Whether before or after being transformed, Lilith was always of a lawless nature. Apart from Su Heng, she feared no one, and she truly possessed the strength and talent to match. However, the monk in front of her evoked a strange feeling she had never experienced before; it was as though in a pitch-dark deep sea, she had encountered one of her own kind.
But that didn’t mean anything good.
The violet-eyed monk was clearly smiling, but Lilith felt a chill in her body.
As Ban Poluo stepped forward slowly, Lilith’s face showed a wary expression, and she stepped back, asking coldly, "Who are you?"
"I am your kin, I have come to take you home," Ban Poluo stopped in his tracks, smiled.

"Kin?" Lilith’s mouth curled in derision, "You exiled me here for hundreds of years, and now you come to take me away? I have no trust in you, nor do I wish to associate with you."
"And..."
Lilith paused, then said, "The smile on your face disgusts me, I can smell the malice exuding from you." Find your next read on novelbuddy
She didn’t know what this person would do to her if she was taken back, but having cultivated to this extent, her intuition was incredibly strong. Lilith could tell that whatever would happen next definitely wouldn’t be good.
"Truly worthy of being that one’s offspring," Ban Poluo sighed softly.
Since deception was futile, Ban Poluo simply dropped his disguise, his smiling face became solemn, and he calmly said, "You are wise and your prediction is correct. Your birth was a mistake, but even among Descenders, the one who created you holds a high position. And since this news has been hidden for so long, clearly he loves you dearly.
Come with me, and your talent will be fully unleashed, isn’t this what you have always dreamed of?
You will be reborn from the Genetic Original Liquid, completing the transformation from human to god."
"God?" Lilith sneered, "Sneaky beings dare to call themselves gods. I am the daughter of the Demon Dragon, the most ferocious monster in this world, and I am also one of the monsters."
"Daughter? What are you talking about?"
For the first time, Ban Poluo showed a surprised expression, his eyes widened.
Then surprise quickly turned into anger, "What so-called Demon Dragon, all humans on this continent, their ancestors were created by us as our bloodline, to serve us as slaves, as hounds, as defective products that can be discarded at will. And now you actually regard such defective products as your own father?"
Ban Poluo’s face was filled with deep disdain as he scoffed, "It is indeed the nature of the discarded, thoroughly base."
Lilith’s face also bore a cold smile, facing the curses from Ban Poluo’s superior stance, she did not retort. Not out of admission, but simply because it was not worth wasting words with a living corpse.
She took a deep breath.
After seeing Ban Poluo, more memories flooded into Lilith’s mind.
The confusion when she first climbed out of the Cultivation Chamber and saw the sky of the Blood Realm, the fear when she was captured by the Demon God, the growth within endless battles, along with the hatred and the determination to prove herself. But as life and death experiences piled up, those past grudges seemed unimportant now. These Descenders were nothing more than a group who thought themselves superior, actually already on the verge of death, slumbering in dreams of the past without wishing to awaken.
When Lilith snapped out of her memories, she had tied up her blood-colored long hair, with two sharp blades appearing in her hands.
She wore a black Power Outfit and leather coat on her upper body, long trousers and boots below, with a copper chain tied at her waist. Her body’s curves were perfectly outlined, with both the slenderness and roundness of a woman, as well as the health and wildness of a warrior.
Lilith looked at Ban Poluo, a slight smile curled on her lips, "I have always longed for a battle with you, in the past and now as well. But once upon a time, I hoped to gain your recognition in such a way. Now, however, it is different; you are good prey, and I hope to offer your head to my father."
"Pompous words."
Ban Poluo stretched out his hand and summoned a Zen Staff sparkling with a golden ring from the void.
He did not take Lilith seriously; although Lilith also hailed from the Descenders, she still carried human blood, so she could only be considered half. Also, she did not master the various Secret Techniques of Descenders, thus she posed no more of a threat than the Silver Demon Bird he had encountered before.
Whoosh!
Lilith’s figure suddenly blurred, vanishing from in front of Ban Poluo.
Immediately thereafter, a shrill whistling sound came from one side, and Ban Poluo’s face showed an ’as expected’ expression; his Zen Staff swayed slightly and blocked it with a ’clang’ of a crisp sound.
But right after, Lilith spun in the air, sprinkling beams of light, her shadow casting a captivating picture.
Her speed suddenly increased, the sound of her blades cutting through the air grew deeper.
Ban Poluo’s expression changed slightly.
He hurriedly lifted the Zen Staff, blocking toward another side.
Lilith swung her dagger extremely fast, but at the moment of striking it slowed to a crawl.
The crystal-clear blade refracted the light, appearing as if it was splitting the distant light that came at it.
During the time Su Heng was in seclusion, Lilith had smoothly entered the initial stage of Eight-Nine Mystical Skill cultivation. The strength throughout her body mixed with Power, like a hundred rivers converging into the sea, all pressed upon the narrow blade. The blade, no longer than three feet, as wide as only three fingers of an average person, appeared thin enough to have trouble slicing through a watermelon, but the force generated upon impact was like a hammer smashing down.
