After tying the goblin corpses to the roof of the carriage, the trio started looking around for more monsters to kill.

Leisurely walking around, Luan used the spirits to scout more terrain, and then with a grin, he turned to Luciano and Kafele.

Kafele and Luciano nodded, and the three walked straight through the woods, not minding anything. Then they saw it.

Luan nodded. "A good idea, and then after that, how will we go about facing all those goblins? The normal ones aren't a problem, but the shamans and hobgoblins are a lot stronger."

Now Kafele replied, "You might not remember, but Luciano is a good assassin trained by head butler Kian. I say we let Luciano assassinate all the shamans, and then he and I will protect you while you focus on the hobgoblins," he proposed, a grin on his face.

Luan raised an eyebrow and looked at Luciano. "Is that true?" he inquired; if what Kafele said was true, this might be easier than expected.

Luciano nodded, "Yes, my sigil is kind of like Kian's, so he trained me extensively," he replied.

Luan flashed a grin. "Good, alright, we'll follow that plan and wait for her until the sign to start; the sign is when a house starts burning." With that, Luan merged with Torg and Vira.

He started walking around the goblin settlement, raising a small earth wall, and in front of the wall, he even hollowed it out a bit to make sure not a single goblin would escape.

When he had made his round, he climbed up a tree and looked over the goblin settlement, his excitement palpable.

Sighing, he looked at where Luciano and Kafele would be waiting for the sign to start the operation. "I'll have to see how Luciano does. I hope Kian trained him enough for something like this."

After muttering that, he snapped his finger, sending a small lightning bolt onto the roof of a wooden shack that the goblins had built for who knows what purpose.

When Luciano saw the shack's roof burning, his presence disappeared; it was like he became a ghost. He didn't make any noise as he slowly walked throughout the settlement, approaching the goblin shamans.

Kafele looked around trying to find Luciano, but he couldn't find him at all; he nodded. "Impressive," he muttered, refocusing his attention to see where Luan would appear after Luciano finished his task.

Luciano sneaked behind the shamans, his steps soundless. One by one, the shamans fell, their heads severed before they could even register danger. Not a single cry escaped. By the time their bodies collapsed, Luciano was already fading back into the darkness.

Luan looked impressed; he couldn't sense Luciano's presence at all, and at some point, all the shamans got beheaded. "Kian trained him well. But also give credit where it's due; he did a great job." Saying that, Luan jumped down from the tree, landing in the middle of the settlement.

Leaving Torg behind around the wall, Luan ordered him to stay there and make sure not a single one could escape.

Kafele and Luciano looked surprised by Luan's entrance, mouth agape, but they snapped out of it almost immediately and rushed to his side, massacring goblins along the way.

Luan looked at the two who were rushing to his side with a grin, then he summoned Mara and Vira.

He had Mara create a huge water pool above his head, and with a grin he formed all kinds of weapons with it; some of the water was formed into long spears, others into a katana or an axe.

Looking around, Luan started throwing around the weapons he formed, piercing the heads of goblins, blood splattering all around, as the death cries of countless goblins spread throughout the settlement.

While Luan was doing that, Vira wasn't just sitting on his shoulder doing nothing, no, on the contrary. She was taking spirit power and converting it into force-based attacks, shooting blasts, and cutting edges at any goblins that Luan missed.

After a while, Kafele and Luciano finally reached Luan's side, but what they saw left them stunned: dead goblins strewn around everywhere and blue-colored weapons were flying around.

Then a loud roar echoed throughout the settlement; three hobgoblins stood in front of the trio, but instead of stepping back, Luan formed countless axes from the water bubble Mara had created, a huge grin on his face.

"We each face one; if you need help, just shout, but you should be able to beat a single one, right?" He said, not waiting for an answer, he threw the two axes he was holding straight at the hobgoblin standing in the middle.
