What Do You Mean I'm The Captain Of A Yandere Mercenary Company?-Chapter 782: Are We Going For A Job Interview?

I ’dressed’ myself, making it look like I was using my telekinesis to move my clothes when in reality, it was Renata flowing back towards me.

"Call me?" Eleanor asked from the bed.

"Maybe..." I replied offhandedly.

Eleanor wrapped the blankets around her like a cocoon, her face blushing as she watched me cloth myself.

She was still naked under the covers and her clothes were still laid out on the floor near the foot of the bed, the woman making no move to dress herself yet.

When I was done, Eleanor spoke up in a soft voice, "Will... Will I see you again?"

I shrugged, "The galaxy is a big place... But since you’ve made me your associate, I don’t think we would remain very far."

She hugged the blanket around her tighter, "I... I hope so... Umm... How long will you be staying here?"

"Not long, I’m afraid. I’m actually expecting to get a call tonight with another job lined up for us which we would head off to deal with afterwards."

I of course conveniently left out the fact that I would be heading towards the Inner Colonies for that job as an Exo-Knight test pilot but... There’s no need for her to know that, at least not now.

And as though on cue, a notification came from my Codex, prompting me to tap on it to bring up the notification I received.

It turned out to be a message from Theresa who was asking if she could still arrange a meeting with me tonight at our earliest convenience.

I quickly typed in a reply to let her know that I was available and she replied within a few seconds as though she had already prepared the response ahead of time the moment she received my answer.

It seems like instead of meeting in our hotel room as she had initially hinted at, she had requested that we meet her at another location in the city.

We didn’t need to worry about transportation as a car would be waiting for us in front of the hotel and it would take us there.

I told her that we would be there before closing the window and turning back to look at Eleanor who had just been watching me silently all this while.

Seeing that I was done with my Codex, she spoke again, "Umm... I... I guess I’ll see you? If... If you are in the Inner Colonies... Maybe we can meet again?"

"Hmm... If I have the time I suppose. I still don’t want to be too involved in your family though."

"Ah... Umm... There’s no need to worry... It’s just for me..."

Translation, that means she just wants to meet to fuck.

I shrugged, "In that case, then I suppose I’ll try to make time if I am able to."

"That... That’s more than I can ask for. Tha... Thank you..."

She looked so cute so I couldn’t help it and went over to her.

Eleanor looked up at me in surprise when she saw me approach her and I leaned down to give her another kiss.

She gasped into my mouth but recovered quickly, her hands releasing the blanket to hold my waist and letting the covers slip off from her.

I enjoyed the taste of her lips for a while more before pulling back, my eyes drinking in the sight of her naked form before I stepped back from her.

"I’ll call you," I told her before I left the room, leaving a dazed and nude Eleanor behind.

I stepped out into the corridor and into the living room, finding Desmond at the exact same place where we had first found him when we came back.

He looked up from his personal terminal and narrowed his eyes at me, "I am not going to call you sister in law."

I waved my hand at him, "No need to worry, I’m not marrying her. We’re just sex friends now."

He hissed at me, "You better not say that elsewhere. Her father, my uncle, would definitely kill you if he knew about this."

I looked around the living room, "Speaking of which... Where is everyone else? I believe you guys came with others right?"

He turned his attention back to his personal terminal, "They went down to the planet below. I’m only here to accompany my cousin who was supposed to deal with some company or whatever."

Ah... No wonder Eleanor told me that it would be fine for me to come here since it was just her and Desmond staying here now and Desmond already knew about me.

"Oh yeah... I heard about that," I half lied, seeing no reason to tell him she gave the job over to me. "What do you guys want with that company anyway?"

"Fuck if I know. Why should I care about some stupid backwater company? The fact that they made cousin Eleanor deal with them means they shouldn’t be that important. Otherwise, I would be mind controlling whoever their boss is so that we can control them."

Right... I almost forgot this is the guy who supposedly specialises in controlling the minds of others.

"Anyway... I guess I’ll go now."

He made a grunting sound and didn’t even look up from his personal terminal so I just saw myself out through the main door.

I took the lift back down to my room and found my girls waiting there, all of them welcoming me back as soon as I entered.

"Welcome back Tera~ How was Eleanor in bed?" Amber asked.

I narrowed my eyes at her, wondering if she had been spying on me or that was just her intuition speaking.

Amber just smiled at me and I’m just going to assume this was her intuition and the fact that I did not answer immediately pretty much confirmed her thoughts so there was no reason for me to hide it.

"She was fine. It was her first time and she was actually really nervous the entire time. In fact, she was pretty much a blushing maiden the entire time."

"Oh, I can imagine that, ehehehe~" Amber giggled.

Not sure what she meant by that but I decided to move the topic along since we were short on time.

"Theresa contacted me earlier and arranged to meet us somewhere else. She sent a car downstairs to pick us up."

"Oh? So she’s not coming here?" Lea asked from the couch.

"Seems like there’s a change of plans."

Amber made a face, "Aww... And here we thought we could get her into your bed as well. Then we could have a trifecta here~"

No, stop trying to make me sleep with all the sales reps trying to do business with us, Amber...

Also... I could have guessed that was your plan from the start seeing that all of them were basically in their underwear right now...

I got them all to get dressed before we went down to the hotel lobby and several white sedans were there already waiting there.

They must have my picture or something because one of the drivers immediately approached us and asked, "Miss Tera?"

I nodded at him to confirm my identity.

He then gestured to the cars, "Miss Theresa has arranged transport for you and your company. If you would?"

My girls and I split ourselves up amongst the three vehicles with two of them accompanying me and the other four split between the last two cars.

Incidentally, they drew lots to decide who sat with me and the winners were Lea and Ries.

I ended up patting them the entire journey with Ries purring on my lap and Lead nuzzling my shoulder affectionately.

We eventually reached a building that was shaped like a sphere and we stepped out to find Theresa standing at the doors with what appeared to be several drones floating around her.

I was a little concerned at first until I realised those were camera drones and I wondered if she was recording us for some nefarious reasons.

She approached us and bowed, "Miss Tera! I’m glad you could make it! I will first have to apologise but... As much as my superiors would like to meet you in person, it has been decided that they would refrain from coming here due to the... Unfortunate events that happened during the exhibition. That’s why they will be joining us through the use of these camera drones. I hope this could be acceptable?"

Well... I guess I can understand... And honestly, I wouldn’t really want to meet them face to face anyway...

Judging by the number of drones, there would be at least six more people here and I certainly didn’t want to have to deal with six more people...

Still... Aren’t I just being hired as a test pilot? Why do they need this many people anyway? And what is this large spherical building behind her?

Theresa then turned and bowed towards my girls, "All of you must also be the crew that Miss Tera had recommended! She spoke really highly of all of you! I am Theresa! A pleasure to meet all of you!"

Why are my girls suddenly acting shy? They’re so cute.

Ahem... Anyway... Is this going to be an interview or something?
