My Girlfriend Is So Beautiful, But She's an Assassin!-Chapter 80: Welcome Back, Anindya
Wiro noticed Anindya’s presence.
"Oh, Anindya!" Wiro said, just noticing Anindya’s presence on Julian’s right side.
"Hi~" Anindya replied with a cheerful smile.
"Wow, she really responds to me kindly when Julian is by her side" Wiro thought to himself with a flat expression.
Wiro’s eyes widened when he saw the bandages on Anindya’s right and left cheeks. He then grabbed Julian’s uniform collar with his right hand and brought his face closer to Julian’s.
"Julian... what have you done to Anindya!" Wiro said with a smile and a threatening tone.
"I-I didn’t do anything!" Julian replied in a low, but angry voice.
Wiro moved his face away from Julian and loosened his grip.
"Really?" Wiro asked with a slightly confused expression.
Julian grabbed Wiro’s wrist and gripped it tightly.
"OW! OW! OW!" Wiro screamed.
Wiro released his grip from Julian’s collar. When he was free, Julian released his grip as well. Wiro immediately crouched down, holding his wrist.
"Yes, I’m serious!" Julian replied loudly.
Wiro glanced at Julian—who had a serious expression. He sighed, then stood up and faced Julian again.
"Haa... Okay, I’m sorry for getting emotional" Wiro said with a resigned expression.
"Okay, I’m sorry too for gripping your wrist so tightly" Julian said.
Wiro smiled softly.
"Alright, you should go to class and wear the t-shirt provided on your desk" Wiro said.
"Okay, okay" Julian said.
Anindya released his embrace and pressed her fists to her lips.
"Wow! Julian’s going to wear a pink t-shirt!?" Anindya asked, her eyes sparkling.
Julian couldn’t help but keep a flat expression.
2nd Floor, Main Building.
"Okay, you can go back to your classroom" Julian said, releasing Anindya’s embrace.
"No! I want to go with you to your classroom. I want to see you wearing a pink t-shirt" Anindya said firmly.
"Ughh!... You sound like a pervert" Julian said flatly.
"I’m not a pervert! I just want to see you wearing it!" Anindya said adamantly.
Soon, Anindya’s three friends arrived.
"ANINDYA!" Wulan shouted as she ran.
Wulan hugged Anindya from behind.
"You’re finally here—" Desy said.
Desy’s eyes widened—she saw two bandages on Anindya’s cheeks. Desy immediately ran and punched Julian in the right cheek with her right fist.
"BUGFF!" Julian winced.
Julian didn’t fall—he stood hunched over, holding his right cheek.
"W-what’s wrong with you!?" Julian asked angrily.
"WHAT DID YOU DO TO ANINDYA!?" Desy shouted, raising her right fist, her expression furious.
"I-I didn’t do anything!" Julian replied in a panic.
"DON’T—" Desy shouted.
"Pinch!"
"OUCH!"
Desy stopped talking when she was pinched on her right ear and felt a murderous aura emanating from behind her. She turned her head toward the fingers pinching her ear and was immediately shocked to find Anindya smiling and radiating a murderous aura.
"D-E-S-Y, what did you do to my Julian!?" Anindya asked with a smile and a threatening tone.
Wulan—frightened and hid behind Delima, while Delima just watched with a blank expression.
"Uh-uh... N-no... I-I just..." Desy replied nervously.
"Just what!?" Anindya asked.
Desy swallowed, then answered.
"I-I just wanted to get back at what he did to you..." Desy replied with an awkward smile.
Anindya removed her hands from Desy’s ears.
"Sigh... He didn’t do anything wrong" Anindya replied.
Desy turned her body toward Anindya.
"Then, what’s wrong with your cheeks?" Desy asked.
"I just fell while buying ice cream" Anindya replied with a sweet smile.
Seeing that smile made Julian lower his gaze—gloomy. In the end, Anindya didn’t go to Julian’s classroom, as her three friends dragged her away.
"Geezz, she hasn’t changed at all" Julian said as he opened the plastic wrapping on his t-shirt.
Julian began to slowly unbutton his uniform.
"But... those two wounds... aren’t ordinary wounds," Julian thought to himself, his expression gloomy.
"What should I do? Should I interfere in her affairs or not?,"
"I’m just an ordinary person, how can I help her... I’ll just be a hindrance"
Julian took off his entire uniform, folded it, and placed it on the desk. He placed both palms on the desk and said,
"But if I don’t help her... she’ll only get hurt or even... DIE" Julian thought to himself.
The classroom immediately fell silent, as there was no one else in the room except Julian. But not long after—
"CRACK!!!" the door slammed open.
Julian was immediately startled.
"WHERE’S THE PINK T-SHIRT?" Anindya asked eagerly.
They both fell silent, staring at each other for a few seconds. Anindya stared in shock as she saw Julian was still wearing his black t-shirt. Anindya lowered her head.
"Julian," Anindya called.
"Y-yes?" Julian asked with an awkward expression and tone.
Anindya walked closer. When she was in front of Julian, Anindya grabbed his undershirt.
"QUICKLY CHANGE YOUR T-SHIRT!" Anindya shouted, pulling at the bottom of Julian’s t-shirt.
Julian held her back.
"O-OI STOP! WHAT ARE YOU THINKING?!" Julian shouted.
"I-I’M JUST HELPING YOU CHANGE YOUR T-SHIRT!" Anindya replied eagerly.
"I-I’LL CHANGE LATER, YOU GET OUT OF MY CLASSROOM FIRST!" Julian continued.
"I-I DON’T BELIEVE IT!" Anindya shouted eagerly.
Soon, two hands landed on Anindya’s shoulders—they were Delima and Desy’s.
"Okay, okay, enough, we have to let Julian change his t-shirt first" Delima said.
"L-let’s go back to our class, Anindya" Desy said, looking away and not looking at Julian.
They both started to grab Anindya’s arm and drag her back to their classroom.
"Sorry for interrupting" Delima said.
"S-sorry for interrupting" Desy said.
Julian could only smile awkwardly at that, then he stopped smiling and strengthened his resolve.
At 07:50.
After putting on his pink t-shirt, Julian went to the school field, without going to Anindya’s classroom first. He looked for his classmates, but the crowds were making it difficult. While he was searching, someone called out to him.
"Julian~" Silica called as she ran.
Julian looked to his right—he saw Silica wearing a pink t-shirt and a calf-length light blue skirt, running while carrying folded posters. When she reached Julian, Silica bent over in exhaustion. 𝘧𝓇ℯ𝑒𝓌𝑒𝑏𝓃𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘭.𝒸ℴ𝓂
"Silica, where have you been?" Julian asked.
Silica didn’t answer; she was catching her breath. After a minute, Silica straightened up.
"Ahh... I was helping my friend in the drama majors" Silica replied.
"You have a lot of friends, huh?" Julian said.
"Hehe, of course, because the more friends the more fun" Silica replied with a sweet smile.
"By the way, what assignment will the principal give the sports major?" Julian asked.
"We’re just told to enliven all the sports events the school will be holding. So, you could say we’ll be competing against students from other majors" Silica replied.
"Interesting, I can’t wait!" Julian said excitedly.
"Hehe, great, now you go help Wiro, he’s with Kaza—moving the poles for the event stage" Silica said.
"Okay" Julian said.
But before he left, someone suddenly grabbed Julian’s right arm.
"Julian~" Anindya said with an intimidating aura, a blank expression, and an intimidating tone.
Julian immediately felt goosebumps and looked to his right like a robot.
"A-Anindya?" Julian said in a frightened tone.
Anindya began to tighten her embrace, then played with Julian’s t-shirt with her right index finger.
"How dare you not come to my classroom... and instead be with another girl~" Anindya said in an intimidating tone.
Anindya’s index finger made Julian swallow hard, cold sweat starting to form on his forehead. The aura Anindya radiated made his entire body feel as if it were frozen.
"I-I... I was just looking for my classmates" Julian stuttered, his voice lower than usual.
Anindya stopped playing with Julian’s t-shirt and pinched the right side of his stomach.
"PINCH!"
Julian immediately winced in pain.
"Ara, I didn’t expect you to come to school today, huh?" Silica asked with a surprised expression, covering her lips with the tips of her right fingers.
Anindya stopped pinching Julian and glared at Silica.
"So what?! What’s your problem?!" Anindya asked with an angry expression and tone.
Silica smiled and said.
"Nothing. I’m just grateful you came to school. Because when you absent, Julian looked gloomy"
Julian didn’t hear Silica’s words because he was holding back the pain in his stomach where he’d been pinched, while Anindya relaxed her embrace. Silica turned around.
"Okay, Julian. I’ll continue helping my friends" Silica said, waving her right hand at Julian.
"O-Okay" Julian said, holding his stomach where Anindya had pinched him.
"See you!" Silica said as she ran slowly.
Anindya, still holding Julian’s arm, remained silent, her gaze lowered.
"Hmm? Why is she quiet?" Julian wondered.
"Julian..." Anindya called softly.
"Her voice has become softer?" Julian wondered with a surprised expression.
"Y-yes?" Julian asked.
"Is it true that you miss me when I absent?" Anindya asked back.
"W-what!? Of course not!!" Julian replied nervously.
"Then why were you so gloomy—when I was absent?" Anindya asked.
Julian was surprised, and his cheeks immediately turned red.
"GEH!, t-that’s because... because... because," Julian replied nervously.
Anindya tightened her embrace and rested her head on his right chest. Julian immediately stopped being nervous, then glanced at Anindya.
"I’m very happy you missed me" Anindya said with a smile and a soft tone.
His cheeks were still red, but her expression was one of surprise. He smiled and said.
"Y-yeah, Welcome back, Anindya" Julian said softly.
"Um, I’m home" Anindya said with a smile and a soft tone.
