Harlow didn’t have the strength to fight him anymore, she had no idea when a strange sound left her lips. The sound she has been trying to hide.

Her fingers moved through Alanis’s hair grabbing it tightly as she struggled for air, his kiss was tender, yet possessive as he stole her breath away.

Alanis extended his his kiss to her next and then to her ears sucking on her earlobe and Harlow bit her lower lips from making any sound. She would never give him that satisfaction he needed.

"I want to do so many bad things to you, my love," Alanis whispered his sinful words to her ears and she instructively pushed her hips forward struggling to control herself.

"If only you just let me." She sighed at his words. "Just say yes, and I’ll satisfy your needs." At the same time, the door to their room opened with Ava stepping in.

The maid’s eyes went wide seeing her master and madam in such an intimate act. As if noticing the woman by the door, both Alanis had Harlow jumped out of each other’s embraces as they stared at Ava.

Harlow’s eyes were wide as she stared at Ava still trying to catch her breath. Alanis on the other hand got out of bed and walked towards his maid.

Ava couldn’t believe it, these two were in deep situations, yet here they were making love to each other. In the open, they act like two sworn enemies but in their alone time...

"There’s something called knocking Ava." He said sitting on the sofa shamelessly. Harlow felt like disappearing, this shameless whore of a man has made her almost break her vow to her children.

She felt so ashamed of letting him even a little close to her.

"I... I knocked for hours sir, but no one answered, I was scared something must have happened that is why I stepped in." Ava looked flustered. Her face and body were red from what she just saw.

She will never forget this in a while.

"Why did you want to see us?" Harlow asked this time ignoring the shameless gaze from the man sitting beside Ava. This was his last, she would never let him come close to her ever again.

"Madam Charlotte is in the lounge, she said she wants to speak to the two of you." Ava bowed gently before walking away. Once Harlow was sure her maid was gone she turned to the man before her.

"You’re a shameless whore." She said getting out of bed.

"I’m a whore for kissing my wife?" Alanis asked with a smile, earning a glare from his wife.

"You broke the rules." She said. You kissed me without my permission, so much for never touching me unless I want to." She rolled her eyes. It was her turn to give him her punishment, the moment she had been waiting for.

"I kissed you, I didn’t fuck you." He said. "Besides, that’s your punishment for letting that fool touch you at the gala." Harlow stared at him in disbelief.

"I already said I had no idea it was him."

"The first time when he came. And the second time when he pulled you close?" There was anger in his voice as he spoke about Andrew.

"How was I supposed to know he would do that?" Harlow argued. This was truly unfair, just when she thinks she had her chance of punishment, this crazy husband of hers still finds a way to twist it.

"And for slapping me just now." Alanis turned his gaze to her, a slow creepy smile spread across his lips as he watched her.

"What about that?" Harlow asked already aware of his intentions. She should have killed him when she had the chance to.

"I’ll extend your punishment to two months." She frowned.

"You can’t just do that. I’m barely able to carry out this weekly punishment and you want me to do whatever you ask for two months?" She yelled.

"Come on my sweet villain, I am the one on the losing end here. Every time I have to put up with you breaking the rules. It hurts me that my wife cannot keep little rules." He said pitifully as if truly hurt by her.

"You are the one that pokes me into breaking the rules and when I do you punish me for it," Harlow yelled at him, his anger palpable. She was tired of his constant manipulations.

"It’s a game of life honey, you just have to be smart about it," Alanis said with a shrug. Harlow groaned and stepped out of their bedroom, she knew if she stayed there once more, she would only extend her punishment by actually hurting him this time.

When she arrived in the lounge she was greeted by Charlotte who smiled the moment she saw her.

"My sweet Harlow."

"Ava said you wanted to see us, Grandma," Harlow said with a frown. Alanis’s action irked her that she couldn’t hide her emotions anymore.

"What’s wrong granddaughter in law, who made you angry."

"Who else if not your grandson." Ava who had just arrived in the lounge with a tray of water paused at Harlow’s words.

Didn’t she just see those two kissing and making out moments ago? How are they both fighting now?

Ava shook her head at her thoughts, her master Alanis and his wife were truly insane. She had been told intimacy brings couples together, but for these two crazy people, it’s clear it does nothing.

Elisa finally arrived in Claudia’s ward at the hospital. She was still so furious at how everything played out in Harlow’s favor and didn’t know how to tell her daughter about it.

"Mother, you’re back, where is Harlow’s head?" Claudia asked he eyes moving around Elisa for any sign of her sister’s head like she had asked.

"I’m sorry Claudia. Unfortunately, your Alanis has refused us to touch his wife but we came to a final conclusion," Elisa said.

"What?" Claudia asked.

"George had insisted she gets flogged for killing his child. It’s like their old custom, he would be the one to flog Alanis 50 strokes."

"Alanis?" Claudia asked turning furious. "But Harlow killed my child." She yelled.

"I know sweetheart, but that man has refused anyone from touching his wife. He said he would be responsible for her action." Claudia was silent for a moment then she suddenly smiled.

"If he wants to go through such pain, then he should." She said. "I want to see everything mother, I want to be there when he’s being punished." She said and Elisa wondered why her daughter was okay with Alanis being punished. Did she not love him anymore?

Was she finally back to her senses?

"You can’t be there in this state, you just had a miscarriage Claudia, you need to rest." Elisa remarked."

"Says who?" Claudia asked with a smile...
