After Divorcing the Tycoon, I Married into a Wealthy Family Again-Chapter 55: Impossible to divorce
Chapter 55: 55: Impossible to divorce
Florence Fuller entered the lounge and slammed the door shut.
Luke Gardiner stood at the door for a moment, his chest heaving. He pushed the door open and walked in just as the attendant was handing a towel to Florence Fuller, who was wiping liquor off her arms. Knowing Luke Gardiner had come in, she didn’t want to look at him, nor did she want to lift her head.
With a cold expression, Luke Gardiner strode towards her, snatched the towel from her hand, tossed it aside, and pressed down Florence Fuller’s head with one hand while pinning her arm with the other, lowering his head to kiss her.
The attendant, seeing the situation, quickly lowered their head and left.
He wedged Florence Fuller’s body between the sofa and himself, giving her hardly any chance to break free. The taste was a mix of sweet and tangy, and as Luke Gardiner felt pain, he abruptly broke away and slapped himself hard across the face.
His face turned to the side from the impact, and he gradually twisted his head, looking deeply at Florence Fuller: "Anyway, in your eyes, I’m just so disgusting, so why not do some rogue things? Moreover, we are still lawfully married."
His gaze turned fierce as he pinned Florence Fuller’s hands, trapping her in the sofa, burying his head in her neck to bite her.
Florence Fuller struggled with all her might: "Luke Gardiner, get off!"
"The good face I show you, you treat it as invisible, don’t you." Luke Gardiner kissed her fair neck, moving to her collarbone: "Why bother with you for so long, damn it, I just want to sleep with you, just want you to hurry up and get pregnant to report to Old Mr. Gardiner, so he won’t bother me."
Luke Gardiner freed a hand to touch her back, the enticing figure wrapped under the thin silk dress tightly pressed against him, already making him unable to stop, and the scent on Florence Fuller was mesmerizing to him.
Florence Fuller gritted her teeth, desperately trying to break free from his grip. As soon as she managed to pull away, she punched Luke Gardiner hard in the face.
Luke Gardiner was caught off guard, his shirt gripped by her as she threw him to the ground, followed by another hit on his face.
His lip cracked; Luke Gardiner licked it, feeling a bit of pain.
He looked sullenly at Florence Fuller, who was about to turn and leave. He grabbed her dress hem and violently tugged, causing Florence Fuller to lose her balance and fall onto the sofa. Luke Gardiner pressed down on her, taking off his jacket: "See if you kill me first tonight, or I take you first."
The lounge door suddenly opened, and Daniel Knight and several others, who were eavesdropping, almost stumbled to the ground. They quickly regained their balance and were slightly shocked when they saw Florence Fuller: "Sister-in-law!"
Florence Fuller’s red fishtail dress was intact, but her hair was completely disheveled. Her neck and collarbone bore ambiguous kiss marks, yet her face was icy cold as she left the lounge.
Daniel Knight and Edward Renfield exchanged glances, then walked inside to see Luke Gardiner lying on the ground. His jacket was tossed aside, clothes disheveled, face bruised and swollen, looking lifeless.
Seeing him beaten like this, Daniel Knight was stunned: "No way, Brother Gardiner, you and sister-in-law are you two..."
Florence Fuller is indeed a fierce person.
It’s the first time Daniel Knight has seen Luke Gardiner beaten to such a state.
"Heh!" Luke Gardiner laughed, somewhat sarcastically: "I’m really rushing to humiliate myself."
Edward Renfield squatted beside him: "I say, what’s going on between you two? Surface harmony but discord at heart?"
"Harmony my ass!" Luke Gardiner wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth.
"You should go to the hospital." Daniel Knight said: "Sister-in-law didn’t hold back, it’s your birthday today."
Luke Gardiner sneered.
People really don’t care at all.

Maple Seren Villa.
Edward Johnson brought Lily Lancaster along when Luke Gardiner was hosting a gathering in the backyard with a bunch of friends.
The weather was nice today, and it had been about half a month since his last birthday when Florence Fuller had beaten him, forcing him to prematurely end that birthday party. Now he was hosting to make up for it; though he had healed a lot, faint bruises were still visible on his face, and there were a few small wounds on his lip corners.
Lily Lancaster didn’t step into the gathering area, staying under the eaves instead.
Edward Johnson approached; seeing it was his assistant, some people assumed there was something important and turned off the speakers.
"President Gardiner." Edward Johnson lowered his voice: "Madam’s secretary is here, saying there’s something to discuss with you."
Luke Gardiner was lying on a lounge chair wearing sunglasses: "No time."
Edward Johnson thought for a moment: "She brought a contract, I think you should take a look at it, and there’s a message to convey."
Luke Gardiner paused for a while, then stood up and walked over.
Lily Lancaster took out the contract she brought and handed it over as soon as he approached: "President Gardiner."
Luke Gardiner took it and opened it, immediately seeing the large words ’Divorce Agreement’.
He sneered, flipping it open casually. Florence Fuller had already signed the last page.
He looked at Lily Lancaster: "Florence Fuller wants to divorce, she doesn’t come personally but sends a secretary."
Lily Lancaster conveyed: "The boss said she’ll come in person the day you sign and get the divorce certificate."
Luke Gardiner raised his eyebrows, waved the divorce agreement in his hand, then directly tore it apart in front of Lily Lancaster: "Then tell her, divorce! No way!"
Lily Lancaster nodded: "The boss said if you disagree, then it’ll be a lawsuit."
"If she has the ability, that’s fine." Luke Gardiner threw the fragmented divorce agreement into the air, letting it scatter and fall on the lawn: "As long as I don’t want it, this marriage won’t end."
Lily Lancaster nodded and turned to leave.
Edward Johnson looked at Luke Gardiner: "Boss, recently the madam has been seeing Old Mr. Gardiner."
If Florence Fuller convinces Old Mr. Gardiner, this marriage may end easily.
Luke Gardiner’s smile at the corner of his mouth froze: "Got it." His tone sounded impatient, and he turned to walk back.
A woman approached, smiling as she handed him a drink: "Young Master Gardiner, what’s going on, have a drink."
Luke Gardiner casually took it and then fiercely smashed it into the drink tower on the table.
The drink tower crumbled and shattered on the ground. As if not vented enough, he raised his hand and overturned the table in front of him.
Seeing his sudden fury, the people who had been enjoying themselves dared not continue and quickly avoided him.
Edward Renfield walked over: "What happened, suddenly losing your temper like this."
"Get lost!"
He shouted angrily.
Unclear what triggered him, Edward Renfield waved to others, signaling for everyone to disperse.
Luke Gardiner looked at the chaos on the ground, the agitation in his heart growing stronger.
Florence Fuller, wanting a divorce, is not going to happen.
Thinking he’s been in the Gardiner Family long enough, has achieved success, and thinks she can just walk away easily?
No way.
As long as Luke Gardiner doesn’t want a divorce, it’s absolutely impossible to divorce, he’ll hold onto Florence Fuller, tying her by his side for a lifetime.
